Employees are friendly and courteous however, the individual that we were working with lack knowledge on offers and the correct way to do things. Also other employees were interrupting with personal conversations, distracting the employee from handling our situation, making the time that we spent, at the location longer. New customers to T Mobil not happy with at all as we were told completely different things from online customer service than in store employee.

Entered into the store and immediately was greeted by Ray and a smile. She proceeded to walk me through each step to make an insurance claim and also helped me with an upgraded phone that was much needed. The team was friendly and the environment was great. I will definitely be coming back if the need is there for any additional services.

Worst Customer Service eve! The young associate ,named Ray, who assisted me made fun of my name and was very rude to me. I moved over to another service as a result and am very happy to be a customer somewhere else. I am no longer a T Mobile customer

The check in was a disaster. The staff was taking people to pay bills in front of people who wanted to buy a phone. There were people who waited and hour and they took people who just wanted to buy earbuds. Once I got to the front counter the sales associate was answering a personal phone call and than he had the nerve to say he wasn't going to help me because I was rude. He was rude taking a personal call when supposed to be at work. The manager was no help and I ended up with no phone and in tears. I truly hope the entire staff is fired and replaced by competent people. I have never been treated so badly in my life.

My brother went in to have his phone matter resolved. A female representative named Ray made fun of my brother's name. She stated to another female representative, "Would you name your daughter Wayne?" He went in for service and not to be made a laughing stock for the customer service representatives. How despicable! She needs to be let go. He is a highly educated individual who has a very good career. Obviously he had a good name to be hired by them and a representative who does not even know him has the audacity to be demeaning???? On top of that, she had an attitude helping him. She should not be helping individuals with their issues here.
