Sean took complete control and ownership for process of selling of our parents home. My brother and I worked with Sean Gardner to sell our family home. Not an easy task as we both lived out of state in different parts of the country and the house while well loved, needed a lot of updating. He was always available, provided thorough research to price the house and very knowledgeable about the local market, on top of that he’s just a really nice person. Sean did a terrific job from start to finish to find a buyer for our house and I highly recommend him and Thornton reality.
