I had them file my taxes on February 3. It’s now April 6 and my taxes have not yet been submitted I have called I have emailed I have texted I have been told I’ll get back with you in a few days. It has been weeks. It has been months and still no resolution. This is my third year using them without any issues until now. Here we are days before the tax deadline, and nothing is being done very unprofessional

Zero stars!!! Do not do business here!!! This is the only review I've ever done and it's because I need to tell people of the extremely poor experience. This business does not answer or return your phone calls. My tax returns were messed up two years in a row and when I called to get the problems figured out nobody answers, leave a message, nobody calls you back. This place does not care about their customers or the service they receive. Find another business or you'll regret it as I have

Robert Johns is the best that they come. They are extremely busy so you have to be patient with them. It is worth the wait you wont be disappointed he will come to your home at all hours of the night just to fulfill the appointments he has.

Robert is very knowledgeable , he also will get you back everything that is owed to you. He is professional . He is very busy , so must be patience . We have been with Robert for years , very happy. Now taking office visits as well as the home visits. Call the office . We did not have a problem getting through. Chad is also great .

This will be our third year having Robert do our taxes and have many family members whose taxes he does as well. Very happy with what he does and if there is ever a problem or a question, he does a fantastic job at helping out.

If zero stars were an option, that's the rating I would give. Unfortunately after 3 years of my taxes being completed and filed incorrectly by Robert Johns, I now owe more than $10K. Lack of return phone calls, texts, emails etc. in a timely manner only added to the interest and penalties in which I am now stuck to pay! Absolutely would not recommend as to this day they still will not take or answer my calls!

Chad & Matt are wonderful to work with however the girls schedule appointments for tax services consistently mess up scheduling. Every year my appointment is either forgotten or has to be rescheduled. This year I scheduled my appointment early at the first of the new year only to be called today to be told they over booked and need to reschedule my appointment to June and I will need to file an extension. I have never had to file a extension ever. The scheduleing staff is a complete nightmare to deal with!!
