Good selection of items to purchase for Men and women. The vintage racks are well thought out with unique items. However, dont suggest to sell here. Their buy to sell percentage is not fair or honest. They definitely are taking advantage of sellers. Suggestion: ask them to show you what they purchased from you and their breakdown on how they came up with their total. You will see its not worth the sale.

I’ve been buying and selling clothes to Regenerations since it first opened. Whether I get cash back or store credit, the prices are always fair. There is a great selection for Men’s & Women’s and now kids! The parking is not difficult, it’s clean, warm and inviting , and full of awesome merchandise to choose from!Unfortunately, besides the owners, the staff members are almost never helpful. Currently the staff seems preoccupied much of the time. After the general “Welcome” message upon entering the store, NO one EVER asks if you need assistance or inquire about your shopping. I highly recommend shopping where regardless. Just don’t expect customer service. ??♂️

I understand what this place is *trying* to be but they’re not really hitting the mark. Shoes didn’t vary in sizing, most boots and shoes I saw were extremely dirty and damaged but being sold almost at market price. Sizing of clothing is not inclusive whatsoever. The most good items they had that were not stained or damaged were in size xs or s. Medium and large was an afterthought and the items for bigger women were honestly disappointing and ugly. Their children’s section was mostly boys clothes and expensive, and their building is very chaotic as far as where racks are and they don’t have carts or baskets for use. I will say their lululemon leggings were cheap for resale but only had extra small and small sizes.

Clothes that are over priced being a thrift store. Also, you have to pay 50 cent per bag if you want one.

We couldn't find any parking, but it all and all was a pretty solid time. I got a good haul! The store is rather small but they had a few hits in there. The carry some designer as well. I got 4 clothing items and a pair of boots and only spent 50 bucks. They had a cool vending machine as well where you could get pins, and mystery packets, though it only takes singles and coins so come carrying a wad. One of the workers seemed a bit agitated though. All in all a great experience and I plan on returning.

I have both bought and sold at regeneration for years and am a big fan! Most items are price $30 and under when buying. They offer a wide variety including vintage & modern. Men's & womens. Shoes, hats, purses accessories, inclusive (Plus) size and even children's. I have scored some unique staples I get complimented on consistently. When selling call ahead for an appointment & bring 25 items or less. Pay close attention to what they are buying for that month (posted on their Instagram and in store on a chalkboard). They offer 30% of retail price in cash or 45% store credit. So no you will not get rich reselling clothing at regen but you can get some nice cash in hand or exchange some unworn pieces in your wardrobe for something new to you. They will also donate the items they don't buy if you'd like. It's like thrifting without having to sort through the items with stains/holes/pills etc. love the curated collection. Love Regeneration -Tess

Good clothes. Garbage team members. The owner must be a real piece of work because they sure can choose them. The staff is so arrogant they won’t even make eye contact. They pretty much always just look down at the counter folding clothes and talking to each other while pretending like the customer is not even there. There must be a top-notch training program for this team to deliver such a consistent experience throughout the years.Enormous helping of animosity received each and every time. Den of hatred and self loathing.

Throughout college, thrift and resale stores were my bread and butter. And THIS place knows how to do it. They offer a large array of women's, men's, and children's clothing, shoes, and accessories. The quality of clothing is barely used--I walked out with Madewell shorts, an Ann Taylor knitted top, an RL belt, and an H&M sweater all for 18 DOLLARS! I can't believe it took me so long to discover this place. Thank you for the good you provide for young women on a budget like me!

Love, love, love Regeneration! You can get cool wears at great prices. They even give you top dollar on your trade-ins. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I really don't under the bad reviews, especially regarding price. If you want to pay Good Will prices, go to Good Will.
