If 0 star is possible I will definitely give them it. The agent on the phone treated me like trash made me shop around for auto insurance and ended up with saving $800 for half a year with State Farm. Then refused to let me cancel the AAA membership since I paid for it in February and now it's only April. What year are they operating in by only allowing people to cancel membership at the time when it expires?! Will never do business again with AAA!

Did you pay for emergency towing? Make sure you pay another service for roadside personal pickup. Because of covid the tow trucks can’t have passengers now. So they can pick up your car, but you are SOL. Did they forget to notify you of that? Don’t worry. You’ll find out at 6:15am parked in a dark lot while listening to faint banjo music coming from the woods. It’s a great feeling sitting hours in a rapidly cooling vehicle while you frantically call every tow service for miles and discover they are closed (for covid) or only accepting medical transport.And those two popular ride share companies? Well apparently they don’t have a ton of drivers in rural Michigan available at the buttcrack of dawn.Thank you AAA, for reminding me that as bad as it is, it can always be worse. Oh wait. My BOSS is picking me up now.Thank you AAA. May you live in interesting times.

I have called their office a couple times in the last few months with questions regarding my policies. They have always been helpful,professional and friendly. If they need to make a return call it has been done on a timely basis. I would recommend this office for auto and home insurance needs.
