It's Christmas Eve morning and I had to get something out today. My printer wasn't up for such a large scanning job, so I came here. A very kind employee named Mohamad helped me out. He was very patient and kind. I can't say enough about him. I hope is recognized as a valuable employee!

Needed programs printed for a wedding. Scott was incredibly rude throughout the entire process. He was short, unfriendly, and not communicative at all. The manager never apologized for the eventual mix up in our order or for Scott’s behavior. Would never recommend their printing services.

The people working at this FedEx Office store are AMAZING. They are super friendly and professional - taking the appropriate amount of time to serve each customer while at the same time keeping the line moving quickly. I recently placed an online print order which got messed up somehow and so I went to the store in person. Tiffany S. listened to me as I explained the issue and then worked with me to get EXACTLY what what I was looking for. Not only was she professional but she also had the expertise on the equipment to ensure the unique requests that I had for my project were fulfilled. I HIGHLY recommend this store for your printing/copying/shipping needs.

Jeff helped me out with a very important rush printing order for my business. I realized I didn't have enough hand outs for a show I was attending in the morning, and on Friday night he rushed my order and it was completed early! I can not thank you enough for helping me out!! I always use FedEx Office for my printing needs and will continue to do so! The online ordering and pick up process is quick and easy, and there are usually coupon codes available. Thank you again Jeff!!

It is extremely poor customer serviceAssistant manager Jeff shall not be working thereI was at store 6:55 with 20 boxes labeled ready to be dropped off. I had 15 boxes moved inside and put on the counter. When unload the last 5 boxes from my car, Jeff locked the glass door. He even called cop on me knocking the door.

1 star only because I'm not able to choose 0. Store is only open 8 hours, which makes it difficult for me to use it with my own work schedule.Not greeted when I walked in. Machine wouldn't read my credit card, tried another with same result, struggled for 10 minutes while 2 staff members talked to each other. Politely asked for help and got reluctant assistance. Staff member walked away before confirming that my card was working. Got another staff member, who tried all the things I had tried, then said that I would have to put cash in a machine for a FedEx card.Will not be back.

Worst manager I have ever dealt with. She’s trying to tell me that I can’t ship alcohol and I’m telling her I have an account where I can’t ship alcohol. She was very rude and didn’t even want to read what I showing her on the policy. To be honest I don’t know how Michelle is a manager when she’s talking about policy’s that are incorrect
