This place has been a saving grace for me. I’ve cured my chronic back pain and it helps me get through the winter blues. I have learned to control my breath when I’m anxious. The teachers are so amazing and knowledgable. People of all ages and sizes and abilities go here and are welcomed.

There cannot be a better yoga studio than this place!I had completed my 200 hour teacher training course before joining this place, and was looking to take my yoga practice to the next level. I visited other yoga studios before finalizing this place. I take 1:1 sessions with Brent and working with him has been like dream come true.His knowledge, mastery of the poses and understanding of the anatomy of the human body is truly impressive. He makes astute observations to help you get in the poses, the right way.I have been focusing on handstands and backbends, and the progress has been quite encouraging.The place is clean and the staff is super friendly.If you are looking to begin, continue, or take a step forward in your yoga journey, I strongly recommend you to check this place out.

The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The heat loosens tight muscles. The low lights and soft music is calming. I love it. Susan has spent extra time helping me with some stretches for my back and hips. They also switch up the poses and routines a lot so you always get a great session.

Best yoga studio ever❤️Everyone is great from front desk to the yoga teachers! I love the variety of times as well as types of yoga classes and they are open 7 days per week!

All the instructors are great. I learn something new each class. It is challenging, but not intimidating. It helped me heal my sciatica and periformis syndrome. The heat has helped with seasonal depression. I love it here!

Always a wonderful yoga community and they really want you to feel comfortable no matter where you are in your yoga journey. The classes are so motivating and inspiring and give you time to reflect on yourself. The main focus is your breath not necessarily how your yoga postures look because they always mention that everyone is so different.

So thankful for this beautiful/safe place to practice yoga. Amazing and professional instructors and staff. The amount of work they’ve put into keeping their Plymouth & Northville studios safe and clean is above and beyond anywhere I’ve been. Couple that with the streaming, replay and in person classes they offer - it fits everyone’s needs. The students themselves are kind and supportive of one another. Mental health is sooo important - especially during this pandemic. Wish I could give them 10 stars!!
