Rudest staff ever. I went in for a warranty exchange and had approval from a corporate supervisor to keep my old phone for 7 days so I could transfer my own data. They refused to help in any way and didn't apologize for not being able to help, but instead rudely told me that since I have no patience to sit in their store for hours while they do the transfer themselves I should just go.

Bought a new phone from Cassidy last month. She was helpful while I was in store and I thought it was a great experience. Was shocked to find out when I got home and spoke to my dad that my bill was almost $30 higher than Cassidy confirmed it would be. Ended up finding out that she made the bold decision to just add the insurance protection to my plan without saying a word about it to me. Cassidy, that raised the cost of my monthly payment by over 20%. I am now trapped into paying it for this month and have to spend my time getting it canceled, all because YOU wanted me to have it!I called the store to ask questions about the insurance. T-Mobile’s is drastically higher than other places, so I wanted to see exactly what it offered. When I asked how much the deductible would be if my phone was stolen, the guy said “I’m not sure. Only higher-ups know that information.” Either couldn’t be bothered to figure it out for me or T-mobile doesn’t allow employees to know what the insurance plans they sell entail. I think the first option is way more likely.

My wife and I needed new phones, I was not looking forward to it. It normally takes aLot of time and having to deal with salesperson trying to get us to purchase phones that are more expensive, and more phone than we need. This visit we were surprised, Cassidy was extremely helpful and went the extra steps to get the right phones for us. It was the first time a salesperson actually listened to my wife and her need was for her phone. Cassidy made the whole process super pleasant and dare I say enjoyable. We could tell that she enjoys her job and that's why she is so good at it.

I spoke to associate, Cassidy, regarding paying my bill and returning a lease device to which Cassidy said that I had to return to corporate store since they are a franchisee. I informed her that was not the case as I used to work for T-Mobile. To which she replied “I don’t know why the attitude girlfriend, I can see why u no longer work here.” I am not her “girlfriend!” This is not the way any customer should be spoken to or handled, nor should she not give out false information. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that they have given out false information and attempted to send customers to the Canton store. I would not suggest this location.

I had recently gotten a new phone through T-Mobile and was having trouble with transferring my info from my old phone to the new. Jacob was kind and extremely patient with me. He totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jacob for all your help!

Cassidy made my experience so great! I will always come to this location as long as she works here! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend asking for her if you go to this location! I’ve worked with a few of the other employees and they seem a little rude.

Great experience here, was treated greatly and got my phone set up with a case and screen protector and the guy gave me a free super charger brick, never got his name but great employees and service here

Went in to return some equipment that T Mobile Business couldn’t help me with. Workers here couldn’t help either. No one can find it in their system. Girl was nice, tall guy was rude and said there was nothing they could do and other customers were waiting. Hello? I’m a customer and my issue wasn’t resolved yet. Didn’t really try to dig into it for more than a few minutes. They mentioned they were a franchise, not a corporate store. Guess don’t go to franchises? Especially this one.

I went here the other day. I had a great experience here. The people who helped me were Cassidy and Corbin. They were very nice and professional. They were quick and efficient. The store was in great shape. Highly recommend this place.

I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to this location because it's the best! It's a warm atmosphere here. They actually care about you and listen, not just trying to sell you a phone you don't need/want like the location out by me. Highly recommend ♡
