I needed to buy another vehicle because I was having issues with my jeep. I went to Victory Honda yesterday after speaking with someone over the phone on Friday. I was set up with Maz and he was a wonderful sale person to get to know me and talked about the car I was interested in. Thank you to Maz and everyone at Victory Honda for making my experience so smooth. I’ve always wanted to buy a Honda CRV and that dream finally came true!

I took my 9 year old car for an oil change. They provided free shuttle. Service advisor was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Did not oversell. When job was done, they called as promised letting me know the car was ready to be picked up. Another dealership where I take other brand cars I have, provide a video walkround explaining if everything works, if something is wrong. I wish this dealership did that. It adds credibility. Especially because auto repair shops are notorious in ripping off customers. An excellent dealership need to do just as good or better than the best service out there. Services such as auto repair need to do everything they can to provide proof of job done.

Vijay was really great. I went there to test drive a car the Friday afternoon and ended up purchasing that same evening. He made sure I got everything I told him I wanted.. He is definitely the sales person to go to. The dealership was very organized and clean. My overall experience was great and I'll be going back there again whenever I need a new car.

I have always had great experience with the service department at Victory Honda. They take good care of you and explain about all the required maintenance well. During my recent visit, I worked with Michael Kao, and he was kind, made me feel welcome and got me in and out quickly. I would definitely return for future maintenance of the vehicle.

I called and spoke to Maureen about my problem. She had me come in and right away took me in and got everything written up and a shuttle to get me home. Work was done quickly and she called me about what was found. Maureen was very capable and made me feel that I was being taken care of. Great service keep up the good work Maureen!

This is a cool dealership. It was a low threat environment, not too much pressure. Special shout out to Jordan who helped me through the process and the manager Ken who was diligent in his competitive pricing. Jordan was patient and answered EVERY (repetitive) question I had. Thank you for your time and patience !

I brought my 2022 Honda to Victory Honda in Plymouth for a routine maintenance code and two recall repairs. They asked that I leave my car overnight for the repairs. When I picked up my car, there was a problem. The recalled repair to the driver side mirror was badly warped. It was awful; when I glanced into the side mirror, I became very dizzy/nauseous (like I had too much to drink). When I asked them to fix it, I was told, “There wasn’t anything they could do. Honda was aware of the issue, but didn’t have the parts to correct it. So, just wait and we’ll let you know when we can fix it.” Victory also informed me that they’d offer me a loaner, but they didn’t have any. So, I’d just have to deal with it.With no path forward at Victory, I called the Honda dealership in Ann Arbor. They fixed the problem, that same day, and let me know that Victory had installed the mirror incorrectly. They also looked over the Victory Honda work order and let me know that I had been over charged ($50) for the routine maintenance. So, driver beware!! Victory Honda in Plymouth will do work for you, but they will not help you if their work is done incorrectly. They may also over charge you! Between the time spent at Victory and the time spent in Ann Arbor, I lost a full day of work. I’m very disappointed. Warren Scott, the manager of Victory Honda, was condescending and stood firm in the incompetence of his staff.

Probably my comment won’t my make a difference but I have to do it. After checking the negative comments in the last 5 months, I have to say that they need to change a lot in their policies. This is literally the worst experience I ever had in a car dealership. I got approved from a Honda dealership in Dearborn for a Honda accord lease $475/month with $3,000 down. I went to Honda Victory to see if I can get a better deal. After running my credit, they gave me $490/ month and then I was repeatedly told that I was somehow lying that I had a better deal somewhere else. I was really frustrated and I even offered to show the approval from the other dealership. This is absolutely not a good customer service. I don’t recommend this dealership AT ALL.

I was extremely satisfied with my service performed at Victory Honda of Plymouth. Maureen Kelley is my "go to" service advisory. She is honest and trustworthy. Thanks for all of your help Maureen.

I bought certified pre-owned. The process was less stressful than at some neighboring dealerships, however they do rip you off in terms of add-ons. They won't let you take them off and they lie and say it comes with the vehicle (ELO GPS) even though it's definitely something you can take off. It's completely unneeded and adds on to the price considerably. I negotiated the price down and if I couldn't negotiate the price down, I wouldn't have bought this car. Everything else seemed fine at first and then I realized there were just a lot of careless mistakes made, such as the fact that all 4 tires were very low after a few days (I only drove it a few times) and I had to get air in them (something that could have been checked before I took the car home). Another thing that was very careless was that I found the previous owner's information still in the car, nobody bothered to check and take that out. This is extremely careless! Don't trade-in or sell your car to them (thank goodness I didn't!) because they may do something like this. Other than that, I'm really enjoying the car. The salesperson was nice and not pushy like most were and I'm betting she was required by her boss to push the add-ons so it's not really her fault.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Victory Honda of Plymouth. Initially, they quoted me a price for a pre-owned certified vehicle, which seemed reasonable. However, when I inquired about the final price, I was blindsided by an additional $3,300 in charges for Elo Smart Connect, Honda Certified Activation, and a detailing fee. What infuriated me the most was that none of these costs were disclosed upfront, despite my numerous questions about the vehicle's features, warranty, and other expenses. These charges were unilaterally added by the dealer, leaving me with no choice but to accept them. This lack of transparency and unexpected fees left me feeling deceived and utterly disappointed with my experience at Victory Honda of Plymouth. For referral, the salesperson's name was Matt.

Brought our CR-V here for service. Al went out of his way to be transparent with services needed. When we explained that we are a one-car family (with 2 kids) and needed a loaner, he made sure to contact us when a loaner was available so we wouldn’t be left without a car.

Al was helpful in getting ac compressor fixed for my 2018 honda civic and delivering the car on time, he ensured getting me a loaner for the period car is being serviced. Al also educated me about how timely service of recommended parts avoid further expenses on car and hence can be maintained in a good condition up to 300k miles. Highly recommend.
