August is so unbelievably kind. He called me and gave me all the details I needed, we set up a meeting time to tour the facility and when I showed up, he was actually there! It wasn’t someone else giving me the tour, I walked in and he knew who I was as soon as I said I was here for an 11 o clock. Extremely professional, extremely helpful. Great service!!

Compass storage is climate controlled and clean! Everyone is so helpful and the have packing supplies and a few uhaul rental vehicles. Very convenient!

Clean facilities, covered loading zones, indoor access to units, and prompt response to inquiries are highlights. We have worked with Compass during previous moves and based upon our experience, are likely to do so again, should that need arise.

Brian the manager was very friendly and showed us a couple units so we could find the right fit. After we figured that out the process was quick and easy. I got my unit here today for the customer service alone. I would recommend anyone to come here and see Brian before going anywhere else.

Review for 1/18/21 5.05pm. The lady at the front desk was very impolite!. I understand the take a customer at a time, however, this lady directed to place a call and then told me, just so you know, I'm attending to someone and will not be picking up the phone. I was willing to wait but that attitude needs to be addressed. I hope the owner sees this and train this lady appropriately otherwise she has a bad attitude that won't sustain any good business!

My experience at Compass was truly awesome. The General Manager Audrey was so nice, and got me into the storage unit very fast! She really made my moving experience painless. She was very thorough on how to navigate the super clean and secure facility. Thank you Audrey! You ROCK!

I would give zero stars if I could. Expect price increases of more than 10% every six months like clockwork, even though they advertise at significantly lower rates on their website. When called out on it, they make predictable excuses. Basic marketing will tell you that it's far less expensive to retain customers than obtain new customers, but they have zero concept of that. Avoid if possible.

It's a nice clean storage place. All indoor. Only thing when your inside it is a bit confusing. I have been lost on more than one occasion.

I found the young man August very helpful and knowledgeable. Compass is very clean and friendly with great rates. Social distancing was observed and I felt safe.
