Very clean, fully stocked (usually!), and mostly friendly staff. Fast service during pickup and if you use scan and go you can be in and out of there fairly quick! The parking lot can be hazardous, though that’s not their fault.

I was walking past a couple of employees talking as I was leaving the store and one of the employees made a remark about he wishes he could be on EBT so they he could live the way the "black" people did. He did not use the work black however, he used a racial slur. He was wearing a bandana covering his face instead of a mask, and was gesturing towards customers as they were leaving, particularly the black people. Needless to say I will not be returning to this store if that is how they think of their customers.

Bad just plain bad....Yeah music playing to distract from the long to Mexico lines in that store. I think this is madness...ppl walking around hell work.....counted 5 ppl (workers) no stocking shelves...just hiding from management. Get it together Covid is not your excuse.Looked like Christmas in here, in late January.

I'm leaving 1 star because of their sponsorship of Just Energy.Copy of my Just Energy Review-----------------------Don't fall for this scam. A salesman at Sams Club convinced me to sign up saying it was a "more eco-friendly gas and your rate will go down, there's no downside".... Well when I received the confirmation email I noticed the rate is 50% higher than my current rate with Consumers Energy, it's a 36-month contract, and there's cancellation fees. Luckily I was able to cancel before the service started and avoided fees.Sams Club should be ashamed for letting these people into their store.

Sam's club on Northbound Gratiot Ave between I-94 exit and Masonic Blvd right near Macomb Mall. It is in a great location. There are other shops and stores around in the area that complements this place nicely.Always has a great selection of items. Just know that every sam's club carries something different and every sam's club gas station has different prices.Employees for the most part are pleasant although a few have some issues.Meat selection is always high quality at a good price. Cakes are good and made fresh daily. The Cafe is slow but that's due to it being so busy with hot and freshly made foods. You can also purchase jewelery, appliances, perfumes, electronics and other items.Take advantage of the discounts, buy in bulk and save some money!

This was my first visit, wide variety of items to shop for, the food section was pretty good, everything seemed super sized, they have a good selection of prepared foods ready to cook, baked items looked good, the Rotisserie chickens look really good, big in size and meaty.Most items are in balk. Over all not a bad experience

One of my sisters from my church had placed an online order, that they needed for cooking at church to be picked up , this was my first time doing this at Sam's Club , I'm not sure how the process work , but I liked it ,I don't know if there is a charge for curbside pickup, but I like it.I liked that when you get to the store you can call or log back in and give them the space# where you are parked at and then someone will bring your order out.I liked that the young lady was Pleasant and said thank you.

Probably one of the worst places for people to work, if they want to be cared about and treated like human beings. Don’t get sick or hurt, because they do not take doctors notes. And heaven forbid if you have an emergency, you get points placed against you. Unless you’re one of their preferred employees, in which you might get away with having an emergency or two here and there. It’s just so unfortunate that a company that size can’t/won’t do better.

This place used to be great. Now it's usually dirty or out of stock. But I had the pleasure of some worker there yelling at me because I kicked a water bottle that I didnt see because it was on the floor. Ive never met a more rude and incompetent person. I will not renew or come back to sams club. Costco will be gaining a customer.
