the lady at front counter, Celeste i believe her name was was absolutely horrendous and exceptionally not a pleasant cashier, extremely rude and unkind, could even bother to take a second and take the sensory tag off my blanket i paid good money for, my blanket is useless and ruined now thanks to the lazy cashier. As if she couldn't be more of a bother, not only could she not even pay attention to try and hand my change directly to me, (dropping it on the counter). She then proceeded to spend less than two seconds looking for the price tag on my socks, grabbed a RANDOM pair of other socks and tried upcharging me for something i was NOT purchasing. So disappointed as i used to love going to this tj maxx. Thanks to celeste i have a ruined blanket and horrible experience.

Woman at the check out had no business working there. No personality, I had to ask each step of my return, she started talking but she was talking to another staff member, didn’t say “hi” didn’t say “thank you” didn’t say good bye.I won’t shop there again!

I had the absolute worst experience at this store I came into the store after calling and being told that they could assist me. I made a purchase online, Unfortunately the items were not to my liking. I made the purchase with my TJMAXX credit card. I misplaced the card, called customer service and was told that I could get another card. Upon receiving the card I then called the Roseville store and asked if they could assist me with a refund back to my original method of purchase. I was told that this would be possible. Upon arriving at the store the clerks were rude, and extremely unprofessional. They dismissed me w/o even hearing my issue. They told me that I did not know what I was talking about, and then proceeded to tell me that my items had a foul smell and the cashiers went to put on masks as if me being there was contributing to the smell that was there. Fortunately there was another TJMAXX up the road and my inquiry was handled.

This TJ Maxx feels like a 1970s throwback in an ancient strip mall. I wasn't expecting much, but the capable staff keep the interior tidy and organized, ensuring the stock is displayed well. While it's definitely an old store, the effort made to keep the clothes in neat racks has its appeal. The cosmetics and jewelry section was a bit more sparse than other stores in the area. However, the home decor and home goods sections hold several shelves stocked by rows of pillows, a lot of syrups (yay!), and various seasonal items.I ended up not finding what I was looking for but don't let that deter you. There were several gems in here.

Decent selection. They had 5 big bins of inventory on the floor which I would assume you could look in and I was told by an employee very rudely not to go in the bins and they’re not ready to sell yet.Which the items were priced and in the middle of the floor. Why have more than one bin out if you can’t stock all that right away…just thought it was odd. They only had one girl working on the boxes and it seemed like she was going very slow putting things up. Maybe they’ll put it up before Halloween who knows?Cashiers also very slow. Other than that the store looked nice.
