Kelly at the Benefit Brow Bar is amazing and really the sole reason I continue to shop at Ulta. She does an outstanding job, I’ve never been happier with how my brows look. Kelly is so friendly, personable and incredibly accommodating; I had an appointment before my wedding \\u0026 basically missed the time completely due to traffic. She made sure to fit me in after her last client of the day. Really can’t recommend Kelly enough!

Love KELLY! I have been going to her for years and she is by far the best! She takes her time and does a phenomenal job, I always feel pampered and her work is incredible. Kelly is kind, professional, and so accommodating and flexible when I’ve had to adjust my appointment time/day. I highly recommend Kelly. :)

I got my eyebrows waxed by Kelly, and she was amazing ? she communicated everything she was going to do and checked in to make sure I agreed and I was doing fine. She is so kind and she makes sure you’re comfortable! She takes her time mapping the eyebrows out and waxed with precision. My eyebrows came out great! I will definitely be one of her regulars ??

Kelly is amazing at what she does and she never fails to make my brows look awesome. I’ve seen her a few times over the years for just eyebrow wax’s and styling and I’ve always been very very happy with the results. She’s an awesome lady and I feel at ease while she does what she does best!!!

BEFORE YOU BOOK KELLY READ THIS: This woman is so petty. I was 10 mins late to my appointment (I have 3 kids, things happen). She didn’t want to take me because she said she had to go home. I legit said okay thank you and left. I’m not going to argue with someone who looks like they want to give someone a bad day. So I just left. Today I proceeded to rebook my appointment with a different stylist only for her to write do not book next to my name. How rude are you? If you don’t want my business someone else will gladly take it ? I really am glad you didn’t do my brows. Grow up you are salty and miserable ?? Ulta do better. I found Kelly last year and she is THE BEST! Perfect every time! No need to look anywhere else. UPDATE: I’m staying right here with Kelly! Kelly is AMAZING. I’ve been going to see her at the Benefit BrowBar for what seems like a decade and she never misses the mark. She’s attentive, kind, has great recommendations for products and is the only person I trust my brows with! I’ve moved further away from Royal Oak, but still make the drive to go see her because she’s that good. She knows how I like my brows styled and remembers it. She’s the best! ♥️
