I specifically bought 2 cold meds because they were b1g1 1/2 off however it didn't ring up that way so I questioned it after looking at my receipt. I was told your phone number didn't work oh well... wish I was told oh here let's try to fix the issue. Why doesn't anyone have customer service skills???

It doesn't matter what you discuss with your doctor, the condescending pharmacist will mess with you. I am moving all my family Rx to CVS.

I go here to pick up my medicine and to be honest, all of the pharmacy and storefront staff are great except for Amy that works in pharmacy. She acts like it is an inconvenience to get your prescription. & gets unreasonably impatient. A few times in the past I've received text message notifications that my prescription was ready to pick up and when I went to get it, she's said to me 'you have to give us time to get it ready' snidely. I usually explain it is not my fault, the notification says it is ready for pickup & I'm just following it. I am never rude to her, never demanding, I don't know where the attitude comes from. When I've brought other items with me to the pharmacy counter to purchase along with my prescription -- like a bottle of cleaning supplies or candy, etc. -- she also acts like it is a hassle to checkout those items. The other pharmacy staff always offer, are kind about it and understand it is easier than making two checkout trips. All times this occurred, the store was not busy, so I did not understand why I was treated like this. It makes me nervous to go in there and I've also heard her be rude to other customers as well. Sadly, it is a lot more convenient and closer to my apartment to come here because of COVID and avoiding large amounts of people.

The pharmacy staff and overall staff here are excellent! I appreciate them greatly! They're always willing and able to answer all of my questions with kindness and care. Shout out to Matt in the pharmacy today... thank you so much!

My favorite pharmacy. The pharmacists have gone above and beyond for me to help with insurance issues in the past when they have cropped up and they are all very friendly and professional. Cashiers are also very helpful and friendly and the store is clean, and has a good inventory of whatever you may need.

The up about this place is that it was Open on Christmas day eve. We were in a rush and desperate to try to get a quick Christmas gift for my father-in-law. My husband was able to find some Amazon gift cards and one remaining greeting card, specifically for his father. They actually have their valentines candy and gifts out on the aisle, alongside some of the Christmas items. This place has Isles and isles of a variety of whatever you need. There's a whole I'll of liquor. There's a whole shelf and section for male grooming. I was surprised that the places as organized as it is. They definitely maximize their space and organize items that are most needed or desired for the customers. It is definitely a one stop shop if needed. I don't tend to come here, since I have my membership card and discounts at the other big establishment near my house. I think this and Cvs are comparable. Many other items are up charged as it is. You can get many items for much less at Myer and other discount stores, but it's all about the convenience. Cvs and Meijer and many other stores were closed today, so we lost out on our sales for Christmas day.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars! The pharmacy in this store might be the worst I've ever been to. Disorganized is the best works to describe it. The people working have the worst attitudes and it amazes me every time I have to get a prescription refilled. This time they were rude to a gentleman in his late 70's...then it was my turn! Every question I asked came with an eye roll. They were Bickering amongst one another like they all can't stand one another! It's toxic...don't let this place steal your positive vibe! Go somewhere else!
