I loved my experience at this store. As with many people we lost the use of our LG phones due to 5G. I was concerned going in to the store and it was really by chance that I stopped. There is no way I can put into words how awesome of an experience that I had getting my phone. The young people at this store where informative, helpful, courteous, kind and a million other alcaldes. I so appreciated coming in and not being treated like a walking dollar sign, they alone have restored my faith in great customer service. They each deserve 5 stars and 1000 more! Thank you Iffat, Adam, Dylan! I'll be going back in a couple of weeks to pick up a tablet and new phone for my husband!

I’ll save you the trouble, NEVER and I mean NEVER visit this store. They will try to scam you. I went in to inquire about upgrading my phone mind you just an INQUIRY and they somehow managed to add a new line onto my account trying to charge me an extra $50!!!!! I’ve never had this happen to me at ANY other T-Mobile store! DONT GO HERE!!!!

Very disappointed with support and customer service. I was there for 2 hours, and left with locked SIM card,they couldn't figure out what the issue was while switching me from sprint...,can't call now,or text...

Showed up to buy a new iPhone before closing hours tonight and lights are all on, but nobody was in the lobby to help. What’s the point of having hours if nobody is going to be there to service your customers?

Waited over 2 hours for all the apps to upgrade for new cell.TheT-Mobile personell seen indifferent to your time. Couldn't tell me when everything would be completed. Wanted me to take the cell as it was upgrading and not completed.Given that my occupation has me on call 24/7, it's critical that my cell is functioning properly before leaving.My contact list is truncated to the point where it is useless. I will be spending alit of time retrieving/rebuilding my previous data...

Absolutely horrible experience. Wife and I went in to transfer our service from another carrier. Was unexpectedly signed up for an extra sim card (including its monthly charge that we were told was free), insurance (that we were told was required but is not) , and trade in promotion was not applied to our new account (so we were expected to pay full price on the new devices). Our new phones came in the mail and we created the login/account and were surprised by all the extra charges when we went to review the details and bill.Avoid this store at all cost. Directly lie to your face with only their bottom line in mind.T-Mobile cooperate customer service was very helpful and quick at filing the fraud case and correcting our account to meet our expectations.

This is a terrible store. Everything they told me was 100% false. They really did not know what they were talking about. As a prior Sprint store, they were 100% wrong on a change I wanted to make to my Sprint plan. They have access to the Sprint records because they used to be a Sprint store...I called Sprint/T-Mobile's 800 number and got the change I wanted....for free....when this store wanted to charge exorbitantly for it.

Prior to yesterday's visit, this location had been one of my favorite Sprint stores. My visit & interaction with the quasi-manager was the worst experience that I have ever encountered. The manager attempted to sell a used adapter at full price without my knowledge. Before he completed the transaction he stated that I would not be able to return the item. When I said, don't worry I can always call corporate and they will return it. The manager abruptly pull my cord out of the adapter & threw the cord at me. Then he threatened to call the police. Is this the type of representation T-Mobile wants? I have been a loyal customer since 2002.

My wife and I had a great experience with upgrading our phones to newer, snazzier models. Stevan was extremely helpful and patient in explaining all the techy stuff to us. He switched over all our photos and contact numbers to the new units. (Some other stores tell you to "upload to the Cloud" and other stuff that many of us don't understand.) Five stars and three cheers for Stevan--he's personable, professional, and very respectful of your time.

These guys and girls are amazing! I went in right before they closed and they didn’t even stutter telling me about all the perks of the merge and upgraded my phone and hooked me right up with my iPads. We are leaving on a trip tomorrow and they literally saved me! If you go anywhere for service or questions, please come here! Thank you again guys! You made our trip!
