Been going in consistently for the past year or so and everyone here is great. Knowledgeable and friendly. Got there after the range was closed and they let me shoot anyways just because theyre good people (shoutout Ray). Range is clean and well kept, rules are enforced in a reasonable and fair way. Great spot

Was very pleased and surprised about the great service and support I received. Had read negative reviews and I DON’T believe them. Ray was especially helpful along with all the others. Target sports in Royal Oak is now my home for range shooting! Definitely five stars.

They steered me in the right direction for a new gun and suppressor purchase in the last couple days. The owners have been great. The staff isn’t trying to be rude but I can see how it could come off that way at first glance. However, they are dealing with firearms and I’m sure they get a bunch of idiots in and out of the stores every day.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! Spend your hard-earned money at a place that cherishes your business by treating you like a "customer". The owner of Target Sports literally said that he wouldn't sell me a particular bullet unless I bought the hardware that fires that particular bullet from him. I laughed because I thought he was kidding...well he wasn't. I asked him if he's ever seen a place that would only sell toilet paper to people who purchased a new toilet. He asked that I leave. The place is a joke.

Don't waste your time going here. The owner and sales people are so condescending, and basically act like if you don't spend $1,000+ on a firearm it's complete garbage. They have 0 customer service skills, and their prices are much higher than anywhere else. I'll only go to Firing Lane or Top Gun.

Both times I have dealt with them the guy was rude. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again but it was the same. I will never deal with them again. Don't waste your time or money.

Long story short...Did not even get to use the range. Horrible experience & customer service!! There was a misunderstanding and while trying to explain, the man behind the counter got EXTREMELY loud (shouting), very disrespectful. Then the guy, not so politely told us we could leave and go somewhere else.

I was trying to support a local business but I just realized that Cabela's has the same gun I just bought for $150 less. Excessively over priced in my opinion.

Long story short. I had a horrible experience! The customer service was horrible, the man that was supposed to be helping us was very disrespectful. There was a misunderstanding and instead of the man talking to the person I was with like a human being, he started yelling at him. The person I was with never raised his voice at the man, he (we) was just trying to explain. Me and the other person I was with suggested we go somewhere else, the man rudely pulls his clipboard away and says yeah, you can go somewhere else.

staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. the store itself doesn't have an intimidating atmosphere. the class that mike pool taught was very engaging and insightful.

Over priced, poorly stocked. 2 people 2 lanes 30.minutes. 2 guns rental and 2 boxes of range ammunition $190 dollars. I shoot at other ranges for 1/3 the cost. This used to be a good spot years ago.
