Kelly is by far the best brow specialist in the area. I’ve been going to Ulta since Benefit began doing brows and Kelly is the BEST! My brows look fabulous and she was so kind and professional.

Walked in. Staff was having an amazing time with each other. Laughing. Talking. Catching up. As customers walk the aisle looking for help. I went up to staff having a convo with one another to ask for help and one of the posse irritatingly pointed me in the direction and said to walk to left to the third aisle and what I was looking for should be somewhere there. Wow. I was speechless. Still couldn’t find what I was looking for so I left without buying anything.

Jenn was absolutely amazing. She got my foundation color right on the first try , showed me a beautiful eyeshadow palette that went well with my skin and had me looking beautiful leaving the store. I highly recommend coming here for all of your makeup needs and asking for Jenn

Came here to get color matched for a foundation and it didn't go as planned. I was immediately sent off to Clinique. Personally I don't like that formula and wasn't even given an option of other foundations. I just needed a color match. The woman was nice but wasn't listening to me. Then another SA came over to help. But every foundation I asked about she didn't know anything about. Eventually I walked around to find my own. I overheard the Clinique woman mentioning how I probably wasn't going to buy anything. Rude. Anyway, I matched myself and bought Fenty. I will never return to this location. Customer service needs work.

Came in to grab a few items and upon checking out, realized there was a problem with my Ulta Rewards account. Tyla stepped right in and diffused the stressful situation quick and professionally. Top notch customer support!!

I went in to process a return. Decided to treat myself to fav beauty products while there. The lady who assisted me with that was very kind. However, when I went to check out there was only one checkout available. The employee had a customer with a detailed order. No one else was waiting. The cashier finally looked at me and pointed out that I wasn't standing in the right spot (I'm paraphrasing). She wasn't polite. I should have left but I paid for my items and forgot to get my free gift the kind saleslady told me about. On reflection I am reminded why I haven't been in this store for years. I will write myself a reminder this time.

The ULTA website is terrible. I requested an email to reset my password twice. One never came and my email is working fine. I im'ed with a person and even called in. I ended up ordering from Sephora.

I will never return to this location. I came a few days ago and the staff was rude, stuck up, and unpleasant.Half of them were willing to help while the other half borderline ran away. When they did show you were something was, the entire time they spoke in a very rude and condescending way.I expected the older works to be a bit more professional but they were just as bad. One of them got angry because I accidentally removed my card too quickly.As a person with SAD (Social Anxiety Disorder) this was something straight out of my nightmares. Save yourself the trouble and go online or to the mall instead.
