The customer service here, and overall energy, was just so terrible. Glares from all employees for just walking in the door. Employees were non verbal in their approach and essentially handed me a sheet of paper and said nothing when I came in asking to trade in my current phone and get a new one. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 20 years and was treated like a dog inside of this store. Seriously, trust the other reviews — do not come here

Why do you even have a store if you can’t even help anyone? Went to open a new line and was told I could only do it over the phone. So once again, severely disappointment in the customer service. Guess I’ll stay on line with a robot all day.

Not only was Dave the manager less than eager to really help (,after I asked for a manager . Which is quickly becoming such a cliché)..there were 2 gentlemen who pretty much stared at me when I walked in.. they made me walk over to talk to them and halfheartedly Asked me how they can help me. I just left. By the way, the store was empty

Need new leadership. Tyler was dismissive and treated my concerns as if they were minuscule. He seemed only interested in assisting if I was purchasing something. It seemed like he was talking down on me! Only reason I’m not giving this location one star is because a rep came over, apologized for their managers behavior and actually assisted me!Verizon needs to lean empathy breeds loyalty.

I had a fantastic experience with Suliman at Verizon. His knowledge of phones and plans was impressive, and he took the time to understand my needs. Suliman was patient, answered all my questions, and guided me to the perfect phone & plan for me. His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. I highly recommend seeking out Suliman for top-notch service.

Great location, horrible customer service. I recommend that you drive to a different Verizon location.The employee (roughly 26-28yrs, 240lbs, wearing glasses and sagging pants) seems miserable and lethargic. His unhappiness with his life/job choice...just shouldn't be in customer service.Who ever hired him needs to re-evaluate their employee or move him into the stock room.

You walk into confusion. The lady (on cruches) who finally greeted me was dry, unfriendly, fake, and seemed sarcastic, or she was having a bad day/life. I desperately did not want to deal with her attitude. Luckily, I was able to avoid her. Still confused as if she was going to help me or not the manager step in and finally asked if I needed to be checked in.There was an hour wait. While observing her and the manager's dealings with guest and customers, they were unprofessional. I didn't want to deal with them and had to go elsewhere.

This place is a joke. Can’t help but feel like the color of my skin had something to do with the quality of service I received from management. Tiffani the manager wouldn’t even look at any of my documents. I was really ready to set it tf off in there cause why would you waste my time like that?

Absolutely horrible service here. Rude, catty, snarky, aloof, unprofessional. They act like they are doing you some sort of grand favor by barely waiting on you. Just wow! I have been to this location exactly three times, and it was the same treatment each time. Never again. They do not want to help you, not even a little bit. Even with an appointment. I was literally…. The only person in the store with about 6 employees. All I was trying to do was move service from an IPhone to a Google phone. I was told he could “try” to help me. Isn’t that YOUR JOB?

Worst experience/ service ever simply because Ronisha refused to assist me. She is a new employee who clearly wasn’t trained correctly. I had to drive to another Verizon store in order to get my business account set up. Don’t waste your time coming to this location especially if she’s going to be your rep.

Worst experience possible.Attempted to purchase two phones…but only one was in stock. Specialist quoted me a total price and sent me home with the one phone they had in stock and advised me to come back later in the week for the second phone. When I showed up to pick up the second phone a couple days later the price I was quoted did not exist. I would have bailed on the deal but I already acquired the one phone, transferred contacts, and provided my new number to friends etc. I was basically stuck.Safin (the “specialist” who assisted me) was very misleading. Of course he didn’t recall much about the original deal. I should have known when he wouldn’t let me pay for the entire transaction when I first came in…only the first phone. Additionally…. He wouldn’t return my text messages or answer my calls when I attempted set up my second visit. Very unprofessional.The manager Tiffany was no help In correcting the situation…. She explained that by adding an additional line our loyalty discount was reduced from $30 to $20. Not only did that not explain variance…it irritated me beyond imaginable. Additionally I think we were offered a $60 screen protector at 10% off. The same one you can buy on Amazon for $29. What a joke!Avoid this place if you can. It’s criminal what they do to customers at this store.Reading the other reviews, I notice verizon doesn’t even care…. All the canned responses to these reviews about “that isn’t the experience we want you to have” and “maybe we can do better next time” is almost insulting. Won’t be a next time at this location…and maybe not with Verizon.Verizon on Woodward….you are the worst!“Can you hear me now?”

Absolutely no interest in helping a customer of 29 years, lazy and only looking to help if buying new product. Asked for assistance with international calling plan and was sent out the door with a phone number to call. Wasn’t even busy!

Always busy. Patience is needed anytime you need to talk to a person, but they seem to be knowledgeable enough. Suggest cleaning up emails, or game play while you're waiting. Good to have list of questions, otherwise may have to go back.
