We were in town for the weekend from chicago and my boyfriend forgot his prescription meds. Omar in the pharmacy was a huge help to us and filled the medication, we had it in an hour. He was very pleasant, professional and efficient! Thank you Omar for making our experience a great one at this Walgreen location. Carla H.

Took over an hour to get my vaccine after scheduling online. Customer service is non existent. Store is absolutely filthy. Nobody apologized for my excessive wait.

I waited a half an hour was redirected from in front of the pharmacy to the drive up to get a Covid test only to be told when I got there that their Covid test said all expired and no two hour test were available if I wanted to 3 to 5 days I could get a PCR sent out Unacceptable.

The pharmacy staff is very incompetent. They fill the wrong prescription and will not correct their mistake. Apparently it’s the patients job to make sure they were able to follow simple instructions.Terrible patient care.

Please don't use their pharmacy. Two days in a row waited thirty minutes for a prescription to filled. Even called it in a day prior. Not only was the prescription not ready, nobody wanted to tell you that they were out of stock, just to come back and wait, again. Get your medicine somewhere else.

They had some flamin hot cheese puffs, 2 bags only though. Stopped and grabbed some Vicks patches for sleep, long lasting too. One lone person ringing me up at the counter.

Pharmacy here sucks. Always long lines that move very slowly. (Plan to wait at least 20-30mim to pick up an Rx, that's if they even have it ready for you.) My insurance only pays for Rx's at Walgreens. Highly suggest going to a different Walgreens.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR COVID PCR TESTING. Needed testing for international travel with a country that allowed a 5 day test window. Was swabbed at 10 am Friday and will not receive results in time for my Tuesday flight. It is an absolutely dreadful feeling scrambling to urgent cares the day before your flight. Save the stress and go to Beaumont Urgent care. Do not make my mistake.

Has gone downhill. I pulled up to the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. 30 minutes later I finally get to the window and after watching 2 different pharmacists serve 3 different customers inside, I just left. I was never acknowledged or serviced. What’s the point of waiting in the drive through then? I used to never wait more than 20 minutes with more cars ahead at this location. Current staff is rude and unprofessional.Moving all my prescriptions today. I don’t have time to wait forever. Clearly don’t want my business anymore. Never coming back to this location

Do NOT use the pharmacy here. The store is great! The people that work behind the counters are helpful. The pharmacy? Even before Covid-19? THE WORST! Got in line a few minutes after 1:00 p.m. on Thursday with two cars in front of me. (I was on my lunch break.) Finally, made it to the window at 1:38, there was a sign in the window saying something along the lines of "No pharmacist on duty. We cannot distribute prescriptions." No one came to the window. I literally wasted almost 40 minutes of my life waiting in line for my medication and never got it. Now I have to go back to this Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions after 5:00 p.m. which is the busiest time for this location. Get your stuff together Walgreens! Hire more people in your pharmacy. I'm sure you're working those people to death and they are already looking for other jobs. I am moving all of my prescriptions to the Rite Aid on Main St.

Covid booster on 11/5 at 6:20 PM. The gentleman working who gave it was SO KIND AND SO Friendly!!! I wish the process was faster and less of a wait but I really appreciated what a great job he did for me and my wife. He should be commended for the customer service and hustle.

The drive thru is unbelievable. Typically averages around 15-20 minutes per car. They should really just close it if they can't properly operate it. The pharmacy has also shorted me on my medication before - giving me 60 pills instead of 90, but charging me for the 90. They're the worst...don't go here if you don't have to (thanks insurance).

I am currently sitting in the drive thru for the pharmacy, and have been for at least a half hour. During this time, they have helped two cars ahead of me. Unbelievable. Edit: three cars ahead of me when I got in drive thru; just got done in drive thru. Time: 1 hour.

The level of incompetence here is astounding. ASTOUNDING! I took my child here for the COVID vaccine. I had initially scheduled an appointment for yesterday. We went in, and they mysteriously had no appointment scheduled. OK weird? So they turned us away. We came home and tried again, rescheduling for today. Today, we went in at our scheduled time and there was such a long line, they were turning away people with actual prescriptions phoned in from the hospital. They told a man with a fractured foot that he would have to wait until tomorrow to pick up his pain medication that the hospital just prescribed him because they were too busy and they couldn't just transfer it to a different pharmacy because it was narcotics. WHAT?! He literally hobbled through the store looking for over the counter pain medication to get him through the night. We continued to wait 40 minutes beyond our appointment time. In that time, they turned away four teenage girls that had scheduled an appointment and were excited to get the vaccine because they couldn't get their parent's insurance cards to work... FOUR OF THEM... FOUR DIFFERENT CARDS. They literally sent them home. When it came to be my child's turn, they ended up doing the same thing. They couldn't figure out our Blue Cross Insurance, in my wife's name to provide him the vaccine (that you don't even need insurance to receive!). It worked just fine for my wife and I at Rite Aid on numerous times. They tried to send us home without providing the vaccine as well, but I insisted they keep trying as this was our second try here already. Lo and behold, the insurance worked just fine when I forced the issue. Imagine that. So, I don't know what in the world is happening here. It was like Bizarro world. I do know they seemingly don't want to vaccinate people or fill their prescriptions though. Sooo, maybe try to schedule elsewhere. Very weird.

If you’re hoping for an unexpected complication every time you try and fill a simple rx then this is the pharmacy for you.
