I have been coming here for years and everyone who works here is really nice helpful and quick of filling in the prescriptions. The girls who works here will do their best to get you the help you need.

ZMC Pharmacy is the best!!!! They helped me to find a medication for my son during a national shortage. They always answer the phone without an endless loop of automated phone prompts.

I'm sure the doctors are great from all the reviews. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the front desk receptionist. I called yesterday for an urgent appointment to see a Dr since I moved from Arizona to Michigan last week. During the move I lost my thyroid medication that I've been on for the last 3 years. Serious withdraws like anxiety and panic attacks happen when you cut cold turkey. I explained this on the phone. I haven't been able to work or clean my house or even make myself food. I show up for my appointment that we confirmed for 11:45am.... She tells me my appointment is 3:45. I explain that that's not possible as I told her I can't do afternoons since I pick up my brother from middle school and had to take him to his urology appt. I explained that I'm not doing okay and I need to be seen and i started to cry and was trembling. She could see I was in distress but didn't show any sympathy. I asked to be seen by anyyyonnneeeee and she said everyone was busy. The office was empty, no one was waiting, and no one showed up for the 20 min I was there. I asked if I can have my previous dr call them in just to explain my situation, but she said no. I'm currently in the parking lot crying, shaking, and I feel like my heart is going to explode. I can't even drive back home. So so so sad to treat patients with a serious thyroid disease like this. I come back tomorrow and will make sure to let the practitioner know.

I've been coming to ZMC for over 5 years now - and I have to lead with the staff is incredible - they're always so pleasant & bend over backwards to help with prescriptions or any questions I might have. They were also a LIFELINE during the first waves of the COVID-19 pandemic & stocked up on quality cleaning products as well as keeping the flow of the shopping area safe. I was able to keep myself feeling safe getting supplies from them instead of the big box stores. On top of that, they carry a ton of cool stuff like Voluspa candles, crystals, jewelry, and grooming products. Also a rewards program as you make purchases - coupons! YUM! I can't recommend ZMC enough!

Recently moved to Royal Oak and this pharmacy was recommended to me by someone else. I am so glad that I switched over to this pharmacy from rite aid. They are kind and love what they do. The inside of the pharmacy is almost like a little shop with pharmacy supplies to candles to baby toys. I've never had an issue here and they are always filling my subscriptions in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them if you are in the area.

I thought this was a pharmacy. The front says vitamins and supplements but when I went in it looked like a gift store with a few green washed items. The person at the desk told me they did not sell protein supplements and acted like that was a weird question.

Feels like a small town Mayberry type of pharmacy. Pharmacists are so nice, and I love candle sniffing the extensive variety the store carries.

As someone who usually thinks a pharmacy is a pharmacy, I would come here even if I didn't need to pick up prescriptions. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are ready in a timely manner. The storefront itself is awesome though. I find myself shopping for unique gifts for my loved ones every time I go because they carry such a variety of eclectic, hand-made, and unique items that I haven't seen at other stores. Highly recommend. Even if you don't need a pharmacy, its a great spot to check out for really cool gifts!

I just started going here and I absolutely love them. Getting my prescription filled is surprisingly simple, which is something I'm not used to. Very polite and laid back.

Used to be a great place until this bleach bottle blonde with ashy lips who thinks she has the power to police people’s medication and say what she is “not comfortable with” started working there. Now it’s pretentious and they have definitely lost a long term customer

Legit my fave pharmacy on earth I buy most of my jewelry there but that’s not the best part it’s the staff they genuinely care and listen and I love that and this beanie deserves mad credit as well

They are so careless! They will constantly make mistakes and apologize without owning up to their mistakes or blame your for their mistakes . They work like robots and make so much mistakes it’s frustrating. I wish They would follow directions and do their jobs its as if they are working by force and not getting paid my meds are either delivered late or they will send the wrong meds. Even if I call them a week ahead they will still make the same mistakes over and over

Do not trust!!! Charged my insurance $5,000 for the prescription of Voltaren, a $10 retail cost.
