The playland was fun for my kids but needs more booth seating in the play area. I will come back though, they love it there.

Everything was as it should be. Young man who assisted us was great. Took care to wipe off the outside of our coffee and fountain drink. That is very appreciated.Food: 5/5

Came by 7:30 on Wednesday evening, there were no other cars placing orders but the girl at the speaker made us sit there and wait for a few minutes without even greeting us, undoubtedly hoping we would assume they were closed and just leave. When we pulled up to pay she was rude and dismissive, then when she closed the window she leaned back against it and pulled out her cell phone. That’s when we noticed the drive thru cam… so not only did we definitely “ding” in her headset but she could see us there too. Ridiculous.The guy at the food window wasn’t rude, but he had us pull forward so they could bring it out to us despite nobody being behind us. I’m sure this was so they wouldn’t ring up their timer because our order was simple, nothing was ordered special and it was only a couple items.We ordered a 20pc of nuggets and received only one sauce.On the bright side the fries were fresh… but they must have been pulled early because they weren’t cooked through, and they were not salted.What in THE WORLD is going on here? We saw at least 4 people in there and literally nobody else in line or inside dining, there’s no reason this should’ve gone this way.

Stopped here January 28th around 1:30pm. The girl who took my order got it completely wrong. I mean, it’s SO wrong I don’t even understand how. Wrong sizes for our drinks as well! LIKE HOW?? What in the world??????? Didn’t even get all the food we ordered either… missing 2 burgers and fries. I don’t understand. We had to go somewhere else for more food since this girl got it all wrong. Not even worth going inside to get it fixed. Just ridiculous

This location always has fast, friendly, and efficient service. It's not often that I have any problems with my order, but on the off day that I do, they are fast and friendly in fixing it.Food: 5/5

Food is ALWAYS cold sometimes fries are hot but that's not always a guarantee. Line is always 15 ish minutes to get through or more.

This McDonalds has really improved over the past year. Service is quick, staff is efficient and pretty friendly.

The service was ok, not long of a wait that early in the morning on a Sunday. The food was disgusting though, I ordered 2 sausage burritos and neither were worth eating. All cheese, very little egg, and almost no sausage. Not to mention they were 1/3 of the size they should have been and the tortillas were hard. I ended up taking 3 nasty bites then throwing the rest in the trash.

Went to drive through three cars in the left lane went through before I got to go through setting at the order screen finally they take your order then they rush you through worst McDonald's I've ever been to

No salt on the fries, ordered a mcdouble with extra pickles and it came with NOTHING BUT PICKLES. No ketchup, onions, nothing. Nuggets were old and hard. Feel bad for the people of Saline if THIS is your only McDonalds. Keep driving.

Stopped by this place at 10 in the morning on a Sunday. We were the only 1s waiting at the counter.. took over 15 minutes to get our food. And when we did I'm assuming he was the manager practically threw it at us. I WILL NEVER go back here again!! The young women that took our order was great. But after she took our order he had her get food for the drive thru! They were getting their food at lightening pace. I'm not saying we couldn't wait but that guy was NOTHING but RUDE!!

This place is very unfriendly. Corporate Buisnesses are very unfriendly. The Saline McDonald’s made one of my friends miss a funeral of their relative. This place does not care about Employees certain needs. A lot of people walk out because nobody wants to work at a low paying job that does not pay well or treats you well. This isn’t about money this is about an “opening and welcoming place” for a Special logo that says “I’m loving it” is also a false lead of fake food that fattens up our American people and it seems the Fantatically Religous Homophobes go here so yeah not very friendly

Just awful, I used there WORTHLESS APP, got table service and after 20 minutes waiting I want to counter and being as Rude as possible they said they don't do table service, of course they could not be bothered to post that. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THE APP HERE, and they are not nice here at all.
