I came here because the dealership for service and oil changes near my house that I usually go to was booked up for weeks. This dealership is close to my job and I was surprised that the price of an oil change here almost doubled. I came here in January and paid slightly over $63 for the works package and came back in December and paid just over $109 for the same service.

Perrin Cozine was remarkable. He’s always been knowledgeable and efficient. He always has a smile on his face and you leave the Ford establishment feeling all is well with your vehicle. He goes that extra mile and I definitely recommend several steps up in pay. Also Tommy was efficient and fast doing the behind the scenes mechanical work. The service writer, Anthony, is acting like he doesn't care. My car is in for an oil change and Anthony isn't calling back or answering my calls. So many issues. We came back to the dealership, they had to page him twice. Still waiting. 2 hours later...

My daughter called me from Ann Arbor saying her driver front tire was flat… 3% air pressure on her 2020 Ford Fusion.It was after 6pm. I opened my app, used the roadside assistance portion and was told it would be about 60-90 minutes.I was concerned that I didn’t speak to anyone and not sure if my request would be handled or get lost.But after about 45 mins I got a call from the towing company who showed up about 20 minutes later (on time) and then they took my 2020 Fusion to the Briarwood QL as I asked them to.They dropped it of and put the key in the overnight slot. (They did all of this without me being on site).In the morning I called QL store and they were very courteous and prompt. By 9:30am my tire was repaired (which was great because I only have 12k miles on them) and my daughter picked it up by 10am.What I really appreciated is the quickness… and not having to wait all day for updates, which in turn made it easier to help my daughter with her schedule.Service: Tires

Service was good, but slow. Hour and 30min for a oil change and tire rotation, total 140.00. Seems kinda high. The staff was very professional, especially the gentleman behind the counter. He is doing the job of 2 people, but there is only him.

I made an appointment to take my car in today for an oil change and new tires. I decided to wait for my car to be done—big mistake. After three hours, they said the only tech guy they had that could do a wheel alignment was going to lunch and did I want to continue to wait. I said yes, figuring that was better than coming in another day to have the work completed. The tech guy came back in an hour; he needed about 15 minutes to finish the job. (When I complained about the long wait, they blamed me for waiting for the tech guy to come back, as if a three hour wait for an oil change and new tires would have been okay.) At the end, they overcharged me $300, which it took me another 45 minutes to get straightened out. Although I have been a customer for years, I will not be going back. There is another Ford dealer in town.Services: Tyres

I went to the deslership with one vehicle in mind but it had sold, instead I traded in my Jeep and picked up a great Used Taurus from Ruskin Tansel. It was late Friday and he made time for me and listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell on my decision, informed me of some great discounts and programs that saved money and got me a great price on my trade in, higher then two other dealers had offered which sealed the deal. He actually went above and beyond to meet them promises offered and I feel he meant it when he said if I needed anything or had any questions he was gonna be there. Great overall experience and much appreciated
