Poor customer service experience. I will leave it at that. Pulling my script for another pharmacy.

I went to this pharmacy for three months and had issues each time. I’m all for giving second, even third chances. Mistakes happen. But what I experienced is blatant inattention to details and an aura of superiority towards licensed doctors.I’ve never experienced a pharmacy so horrible. Happy to have move elsewhere.

The last two times we have tried to fill basic prescriptions for ear infection and strep throat, they have not had the medication and have had to send to another pharmacy after you’ve already waited for it to be filled. Really frustrating when you have a sick kid that feels crummy.

After getting Walmart+ for free(credit card offer), reviewed their pricing for medicines and found that most of what I was getting at CVS was bit cheaper (give or take few cents)... so transferred all my CVS meds to Walmart Pharmacy. Then after a week, ended up transferring them back to CVS and here's why. First, Walmart would not fulfill 90 days of some of the medicines, as the clerk stated it, they said, my insurance was limiting it to one month at a time, which was BS because at CVS, they had no problem fulfilling the 90 day supply. Second, co-pay for one of my meds was twice at Walmart than it was at CVS Third, with each visit, you got a different service. The first visit, the clerk was bit rough... I ignore it as the times we are in... second visit, different clerk was nicer and more welcoming. Additionally, the 2nd clerk was like, "I see you have a credit card linked here, did you want to charge it to the linked card?" I said yes. Third visit, got the same person as the first visit, I asked them to charge it on the credit card on file, was told, that no credit card was on file. How is this possible? Different clerk was able to charge it to the credit card on file, the other says credit card is not on file... wtf. Fourth, when I transferred the meds back to CVS, two meds were not transferred. CVS was told that those two did not have any refills left in them, when in fact the doctors office sent refills few days prior to the transfer, so I know they had refills on them. Inconsistency is the reason for the transfer back to CVS. In looking back, should have just kept it at CVS and not transferred. Lesson learned!

I'm not one one to write reviews usually. But this one does need one on my end.I have been having my scripts filled for over a couple of months. Well the latest script on July 30th the pharmacist decided for himself he won't fill my script. Due to "suspicious activity". Yet he couldn't state what that was. It's too bad, we live in a society where addicts make legitimate patients look suspicious and are questionable for any type of prescribed narcotic.I don't want to blast the pharmacist on public review form. But I hope he one day reads this and questions his own actions. Sometimes you have to listen to your patient and know that they ARE right

Pretty average pharmacy experience. Wait times and closed hours make getting prescriptions stressful at times. Techs and pharmacist are all nice and seem well educated on their jobs. ??

The pharmacy tech is diligent and helpful. When there were insurance changes that happened at the beginning of the year, she let me know ahead of time that there might be price changes. I really appreciate that she made sure I was aware and gave me a chance to price shop. That's really outstanding considerate customer service.I was concerned about having to come into the store to present ID for the prescriptions and she took the time to explain to explain options with much less public contact. Again, I appreciate essential businesses who provide medical services that genuinely serve their customer base.

Hard to understand why anyone would shop at Walmart. We have fabulous Meijer's locations that are so much better than Walmart. 1) Meijer is a Michigan-based Company, 2) in my opinion, the products are Walmart are fairly lower-end quality, and, the biggest issue 3) they are a destructive, predatory company that engages in what I define as unethical practices. The same lower-income people who shop at Walmart are EXACTLY the people this organization takes advantage of with their practices, in my opinion. Wake-up, people. Meijer is the way to go for oh so many reasons.

I'm not one to write reviews, but this Walmart pharmacy deserves my attention to take time and write one. I have always had excellent service with the pharmacy techs. Hussein, a lead pharmacist, is EXCELLENT! He is smart, helpful, friendly, and builds rapport with his customers. When I stop in to get my scripts he knows me by name and says hello from his work station. I even came in one time just before lunch break and he filled my script within 30 seconds (seriously!), so I wouldn't have to wait an hour to get it. This team does a great job! ðŸ‘ðŸ‘👊
