I wanted to do an even EXCHANGE on Avery Labels (same cost, same brand, just different size label). They could not make it happen, even though they had all the info on my rewards account. The "system" would not let them do it. Store Manager could or would not find a way to make it work.

Low key no hassle Back to School shopping has been achieved. Every item on my child's 5th grade list in one stop $75 and done! I know Office Max probably isn't thrilled about their quiet store but I loved it no crowds or lines. Best back to school shop evar!
