Can't recommend this shop strongly enough. I've taken different vehicles in for different problems and they are always above board fair and get the job done at reasonable price. The last issue I had was an electrical issue that was complicated with some after market parts from a previous accident. They were able to find a solution and charged me the original estimate, despite the fact that they had to spend a lot more time than expected to pin point the problem. They perform over and above any other garage I've used before.

I sent my car here to get some stuff with the rear hatch figured out. Paid 700 dollars for plate lights and rear hatch assembly replaced. I needed it done since I'm a firefighter and have to access my equipment. Another part of the system broke a week down the line, sent it back and was charged another 100 plus. Came back home and hatch broke again the same day, trim wasn't put back in place properly either. I genuinely feel bad having to leave a negative review because the people here are genuinely enjoyable to talk with but the service quality was not there. 800 dollars plus later and I still can't even access the rear of my vehicle, so I can't put any of my equipment in my vehicle that I need for my job. Gonna have to do it myself. I can't justify coming back.

Honest mechanic. They will diagnose the issue before replacing parts which is nice. Like all good mechanics, they are busy but if you have an emergency, the squeeze you in. Highly recommend.

If you want great quality work. This is the place, I have been going to Craig’s for about 4 years now for any car issues and Cory has always been the best. He pays a lot of attention on the quality of work that he does. I had an issue with my A/C on my 2021 Mazda and he figured out that it didn’t have any refrigerate so he filled it and let the vehicle sit for a few hours to make sure there were no leaks in the hoses. I brought my 06 Toyota matrix to him back in 2020 due to a shaking in my steering wheel, come to find out the person who changed my tire when it went flat didn’t tighten my lugs all the way. Cory is very honest, him and his guys do great work. I had recently went in for a tuneup and an alignment and the vehicle runs like she’s brand new again even tho she’s got 115,000 miles and still running strong thanks to this shops attention to detail and great quality work

I've brought my "experienced" SUV to them several times. Check this and that, and maintenance.A few highlights: Dealer told me brakes were bad/deadly, and a shock was leaking. Neither true according to Craig's (who I trust more than the dealer).Another trip: I brought my car in "odd smell, don't know what's wrong". Not the recommended way to bring your vehicle into a shop (dangerous to your wallet). Diagnosis: mouse nest, cleaned and returned to me. Eventually, the odd smell went away.Last (and what pushed me to finally write a review) trip: "I'm about to take my (15 year old, 140k mile) SUV on a cross-country road trip. Tell me if it's safe, what it needs, and we'll do it. Perfectly reasonable maintenance was done. Result - flawless 2k mile road trip in an experienced car.You need to plan ahead to get an appointment - they're totally worth it!

Our Chrysler overheated, and we were stranded while in town for the weekend. Craig & and the team had us back on the road quickly. My family has used this shop for years & they do excellent work.

WOW! What an organization! My daughter was driving home from Fenton, MI to Bloomington, IL and her throttle sensor went out. She got off the expressway and called me. I looked on a map that she was right down the street from this shop. I called there and spoke a nice fellow named Nick - told him the situation. He told me to bring it down so they could diagnose it; he could make room. She took the car there - they got right on it - part was in stock - she was back on the road in just over a hour!Thank you so much for making a terrible situation good. My daughter's car broke down while we were on vacation. Craig's fit us in their busy schedule and in a couple hours got the part we needed and we were on our way! We are so thankful for his help!!
