Julia, the elder lady that wears the fun hair piece, is an absolute Angel. I never come and write reviews on yelp, but she is the most pure thing. She genuinely cares about her job and helping people and it is so evident. I hope she gets all the raises and her bosses show her nothing but love. She's the best-- the most helpful person I've ever had at any Walgreens, CVS, etc

I DREAD calling this place to get my prescriptions refilled, every month. Last month, my prescription was out so I was told to call back in a few days when the "truck showed up". Called just to find out it didn't arrive on that truck load. Two truck loads later(they arrive every 4 days I was told by the staff) I got a call stating my prescription was ready. I got home and opened the container and it was the WRONG prescription!!! When I called to notify them, the pharmacists KNEW this, intentionally filling it with a different version and using the original label on the container. They do not care about their customers, the staff in pharmacy are RUDE, disrespectful, and unknowledgeable. I don't think they were taught to LEAVE THEIR PROBLEMS at home. I can't believe this place still has customers. I usually have a high patience level, but the trust is gone with this place. You never know what you're going to get on the other line. I finally made the move to Martins in Stevensville and couldn't be happier.

I used to go to this Walgreens pharmacy all the time and they were awesome up until covid hit and they cut thier hours to almost being never open. Something has definitely changed for the worse in this store and it seems like they set their hours so they are the most inconvenient as possible for customers.I tried to refil a prescription that i was alerted was ready from this store at 7pm last night. I arrived at the store at 7:15pm, when the pharmacy posts that it closes at 8pm. When I walked in, the gates were closed at the pharmacy and no one in the store had any idea where the pharmacist went."She must've just left" was the excuse I was given by staff who said they had no idea where the pharmacist was. This staff member also told me that she was alone working so she didn't have to call anyone to answer for why the pharmacy was closed. That was until her coworker walked up and she backtracked telling me that she forgot she wasn't working alone. Whatever. When I asked the clerk, she was already explaining to a lady in crutches who desperately needed her medications, why the pharmacy was already closed almost an hour earlier than posted and that she would have to hobble back to her car and drive another 15 minutes in pain to wait for hours for her screwed up prescriptions to be resent to the St. Joe store because the Stevensville pharmacist "just left". She was in tears telling the clerk that she was in so much pain and just made it to the Stevensville store. No one cared and they all just shrugged her off.I then asked the clerk if they usually let the pharmacy close early because this happens regularly at this location only, and the clerk told me that they are having a lot of trouble with the staff in the pharmacy and that the pharmacist just leaves when she wants.Whenever she wants??Because of this, I had to go to a different store and call my doctor's after hours call in service to have them resend the script to the other location to have to wait almost 3 hours all because the pharmacist on John Beers can't get her stuff together and finish a shift. So did the lady in crutches and everyone else who walked through those doors expecting the darn pharmacy to be open. Our community does not have a lot of late evening pharmacy options and we rely on this store to come through and honor their posted hours, but apparently this is proving to be too much of a challenge for this store. In the past year alone, they have changed their hours 2-3 times so that they are more and more inconvenient for customers. It truly appears that they do not want any customers in thier pharmacy and that they are slowly trying to close it totally and drive people away. If this is the case, they are being very successful in turning people away from this horrible mess. When the staff at the John Beers location is telling me that the Pharmacy in St. Joe is "reliable", that is definitely a sign to stay the heck away from this store. And last, the kicker for me was when I went to the second location and all the good staff from the John Beers location had transferred to the St. Joe location due to all the problems they were experiencing at the Stevensville store. That was it for me.I highly recommend that you all avoid this location for your meds.Every time I've been to the Stevensville pharmacy, I get treated like garbage and i have no intention on returning to that store for this reason.Whatever is going on has made every good staff member at this store leave, including an amazing male pharmacist who had been there for years, knew eveyone and went out of his way to make it a nice place for staff and customers.Whoever screwed this store up needs to be ousted ASAP.Avoid the John Beers Pharmacy if you want your medications to be filled on time, and be open when they say they will. They are absolutely horrible at this point and should be avoided.Another good store bites the dust.

Don't expect to be able to get your scripts when you think you should be able to. They may or may not be open, regardless of what the hours on the sign say.

Cancer center called husbands meds in this morning around 9 am. Went there at 2pm to get them, and they were still not ready. This pharmacy should be closed. Last time his script was for 90, they gave me 30. They had to review the tape to make sure I was telling the truth. They dont care how many trips you have to make there, they dont care if you have cancer or not.....they dont care period. On top of that the girl waiting on me was very rude. Walgreens when will you do something about this......Please!!!!

A young girl named Cayla helped me at the photo department in Stevensville. She was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help me get the photos I wanted. She was a breath of fresh air! She deserves a raise!!! You better hold on to this girl! She's Amazing!!

I’ve hesitated on leaving a negative review but things have gotten so bad that it’s hard to ignore. This pharmacy is RIDICULOUS! I consistently have to call and beg these people to do their job! They do NOT get the job done. They are rude. I hate this pharmacy but am stuck due to insurance! I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy at all cost!

First, this is regarding their PHARMACY....which should not even be able to operate! I had the misfortune of having to go to the ER on a Friday night with a VERY high risk BP. They called in to Walgreens in Stevensville 2 RX's that I was supposed to start Saturday morning. Being fairly new to the state, I started checking Saturday when I could get them. I just got a recording that asked verfication info & just said they're "in progress. Called 4 x's and got the same message. On the 5th try tried to go further as to when or why, THEN finally received a recording they were CLOSED! Can you imagine? A Pharmacy that is closed from Friday nite to Sunday 10am!!! So now it's Sunday, I call at 10:05 and she has the NERVE to be snotty with me! OMG, they should not allowed to have a pharmacy at all in this store!

Update: The Walgreens Pharmacy Stevensville on John Beers is a joke. They lack professionalism, courtesy, manners and experienced individuals. They need to fire everyone and start over. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WALGREENS!!!!! They will rob you of your time and money. Ill drive out of my way and inconvenience myself before I do business with these unprofessional nit wits.I ran into a friend who had a Covid test appointment at Stevensville Walgreens on John Beers Rd. She was confused about the protocol to get the test. The information she had was avague email of her appointment and few instructions. She did not have a car and the email said to call pharmacy upon arriving for further instructions. She arrived a few minutes early of her appointment. She dialed pharmacy number and received automated message and was put on hold for 35 minutes without a person coming on the line. I offered to inquire at pharmacy and relay that friend was there for appointment. At this point she was well over her appointment time by 40 minutes.I told young girl behind pharmacy counter that my friend was here etc etc. Right away she had an attitude. She went to talk with a pharmacist about situation and I could hear them whispering. Soon after a pharmacist or tech late 20s girl about 5' 1" with short hair blonde hair and glasses came out with a scowl and rude attitude and remarks. I was told that people who are there for tests are not to come in store or in contact with the staff. I was neither but she continued with her rudeness if front of other customers to boot.. I told her it's not for me and it's for a friend whose been on hold for the pharmacy going on 40 minutes now. The lady with the scowl and rude attitude told me that since she is now late for her appointment that she'd have to reschedule. I reminded her she was on time and been on hold for the pharmacy. She said that's to bad and can't you see we are busy. So busy there were 3 people in line myself included and 2 cars in drive thru so not that damn busy. Then the pharmacist started to insult me as to which I cut her off. She's supposed to be a professional in her field. Well then she should act accordingly. I will be contacting her superior to voice my concerns.

Spent (spending) three months with prescription technical issues that require you to call them (which can take hours on hold) only for them to accuse you of various incorrect issues despite the fact they can fix it with a couple keystrokes. The drivethrough line is often very long and no matter the length of the queue the staff takes their 1:30pm meal break leaving everyone high and dry. I get tons of worthless reminder phone calls, but never the ones telling me there is an issue making it a crap shoot on whether the prescription is actually there unless I log into the website. Their stocking strategy is to never change so no matter how many times you order a prescription it will be out of stock and require multiple days to fill. The manager will hang up on you if she doesn't like what you have to say and claim that hanging up on someone is "not refusing to help" them. She will say they can't fix the issues and point you to corporate...corporate will claim that the store is completely able to handle the issue themselves despite the fact that they say they have "no technical support" on site. So expect every interaction to be frusterating with no outcome.

I was in your store this past Monday morning (December 6th). I stopped at the pharmacy to find out about getting the shingles vaccine. The pharmacy technician told me that I needed to schedule an appointment either online or on the app. I walked away and decided to schedule the appointment on the app on my phone. The next available appointment was at 10:30am that very morning, so I chose it. I got a confirmation email. I went back to the pharmacy about 10:20am and the same pharmacy technician said she couldn't find my appointment. So I showed her the confirmation email I had received. She went and talked to the pharmacist and he said they would try to work me in. Then she told me that my insurance was saying that it wasn't active. I had forgotten that last year I had changed Medicare Advantage plans so I told her and gave her my new insurance card. She entered it and then told me that it said the insurance was inactive! I asked her if she was sure she entered it correctly (I've been using this insurance card all year with no issues). She claimed that she entered it twice! Then she asked me if I wanted to pay out of pocket for the shingles vaccine, I said why would I pay for something that my insurance covers for free!? Then she told me that I would have to call the 800 number on my insurance card to see what was going on. I asked if I did that and worked whatever the issue was out, could I still get the vaccine that day. She said no, I would have to reschedule! So I went to my car and called the 800 number on my insurance card. The woman from the insurance company said there was NOTHING wrong with my card, my insurance was active for the rest of this year and for next year already! I did NOT appreciate the attitude nor the way that pharmacy technician spoke to me! I did exactly what I was told to do! I will be getting the shingles vaccine (and any other vaccines that I need) at a different pharmacy, not Walgreens!

Pharmacy; Although they can be informative, they are rude to deal with. The Courtesy in verbal etiquette is severely delinquent. They make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. I do realize the labor force is short handed however, it’s no excuse for the rude behavior we’ve been experiencing consistently. We are shopping for a different pharmacy because they don’t make us feel like we are the customer. Also, I can assure you that we have been nothing but nice and professional whenever we’ve needed questions answered. We are posting this with regards to some that should be treated more kindly. People are going tough times and trying to understand more about their medications, should be given respect.
