I went into the branch to get a document notarized and initially im told I need an appointment. But the notary is not busy. After a few moments of looking at my document she tells me she can't notarize the document. The document requires her to verify my identity like most documents that require a notary. Complete B.S.

Its 930am. Right now with pandemic its drive up only. Bank opens at 9..i was here at 855 and before the first employee got here. I waited around, took a 5 min drive came back and still no drive up lights on. Employees by this time were here but were not assisting drive thru.
