I am shocked by all the negative reviews this particular Target location has - why is this the case? When I came here, I was able to find everything I needed. No complaints at all.The staff here are fabulous. This was especially obvious when a group of very friendly workers came to the rescue to give me laundry detergent products that were not already on the shelves. What happened was I had gotten a laundry detergent product that looked like it had something that looked like vomit on top of it, but I didn't realize it until I got to checkout. Immediately after I brought the issue up to the cashier, she right away asked a staff member on her walkie talkie to bring up some extra products of the same thing to me. That is a great example of how customer service should be - going above and beyond when it's least expected.Solid work, Target. I'll be back at this location again if I ever need to be in the Troy area for any reason.

I never have a good experience when I use the online services. My orders goto different states. Items are missing out of order. No one answers the phone when you call. Today my experience was no different, except for a diligent Sales Associate by the name of Kiianah. She was both pleasant and professional. She was ever so patient. The line was long and she remained cheerful and very knowledgeable in fixing the blunder of Target. She made it happen for me today.

I had a terrible experience today at Target. Two items (of which I managed to notice) on my receipt did not have the price as it was marked in the store. I went directly from the cashier to the customer service with my receipt to get my money back. After much deliberation, one item was returned and I received my money back but there was an unnecessary and inaccurate statement made by the employee to me regarding the price for the second item as it was advertised in the store. Please instruct your employees that the customer is always right and do not make statements to them which are untrue. After my bill was adjusted to the price I told them was advertised at the front of the store where the item was retrieved I went back to check and re read the sign. The Target employee (Britney) stated that the price I quoted was for on line purchases and pick ups only and this was stated so on the sign next to the item. This was in fact not so. The sign stated only the name of the item and the sale price which I stated to the employee. I have not been to or purchased anything at Target in years and after today's experience, I will never return again. Your store does not have prices that are marked with the items in the store match the prices when rung up at the cashier. This accompanied with poor customer relations is a toxic combination.

Staff is rude & unhelpful. Even after showing bank statement, plus my credit card along with the gaming card I purchased. They made it a hassle to get a copy of my receipt to be able to use the activation code on the game I had purchased from them. Next time tell your customers to not throw away a receipt when originally activation codes used to be on the physical game card and we're only activated once purchased through the pos. After returning twice, the smart remark I get with a copy of my receipt is "maybe you should take a picture of it so you don't lose it." Thanks for the exceptional service! Spend your holiday money at a different location!

Grabbed some items for our upcoming trip. Some hair fiber by Crew, calcium and probiotics and maybe some travel size items too. The pharmacy is so small here. About 3- rows total. No probiotics and none of the soft calcium either. No crew hair stuff at all. Have to go elsewhere for our travel items tonight

I would give this Target 3.5 stars but I'll round it up to 4. I visit this target once a week and have the same experience every time. They always have everything I need when I need it and the staff is always friendly. I love how it's near literally everything...Walmart, Kroger, Meijer, Somerset Mall, a couple of restaurants...all within 5 minutes. I absolutely hate the layout of this particular location. Luckily I buy the same 2-3 items every week so I know where they are, but if I ever need anything else, I literally have to walk down each aisle to find it. You wouldn't think to find pet supplies where the home goods are. Where you think something is...it's probably not there. The wait to checkout is always long as they only have 1-2 registers open at a time and the self checkout went from 4 to 2 registers because of COVID. Just like Walmart, you've been to one Target, you've been to them all.

This is not the Target I go to usually, I was just in the area and needed some items. The layout of the store is odd and confusing. I had to walk around the entire store several times to find the aisles I needed (why would they sandwich candles between two party supply aisles??). They were also poorly stocked in just about everything. This could be because of the pandemic, but Target is one store that's been pretty reliable so far in remaining well-stocked through Covid, so I was disappointed. I spent over an hour here and still didn't get everything I needed. They do have a better grocery section than most Targets and one staff member was very helpful in checking stock on an item and retrieving it from the back for me.

I love Target. It is my "safe place" on Sunday mornings. I like to get a cup of coffee and peruse the aisles with my cartwheel app. I think the cashiers are nice and quick - and the managers are customer-oriented. I've been buying some of the premade Archer Farms meat entrees in the refrigerated section and the sliders are the best sliders I have ever made. The Parmesan chicken cutlets are great for picky eaters too. The one thing I hate, hate, hate about this Target (and all Targets) are the employees and their Walkie talkies. You'll be walking along an aisle looking at mascara and "SCREEEECH" - a walkie talkie comes to life. Then the shouting begins as the employees yell over the walkie talkies. Please. Target is the refuge for a lot of people who get to leave the kids at home and just enjoy an hour to ourselves. Please please please lower the volume on the walkie talkies. I don't talk on my cell phone while shopping, can you nix the walkie talkies. Otherwise, I love you Troy Target.

I've been to a grocery store once in the past 4 weeks and 2 days. Today was my second trip because 1) it's my son's Birthday and 2) I had run out of toilet paper and a few other essentials. As I was exiting the Target location in Rochester, MI, security called me over and asked me to do him a favor and tell the nurses that I work with that we aren't allowed into Target anymore because someone called and made a complaint about my presence. Great way to treat our front-line workers. I've been shopping at your location since I was a kid and I've never felt more ashamed of your establishment.

Your typical Target. I've been here a few times over the years, primarily to clothes shop. Overall I've never been a big fan of Target but with COVID-19, that opinion is changing, primarily because of their drive-up option. I did it once last week and once this week; I'm considered "high risk" so I've been trying not to go into stores if possible. Last week, everything was smooth and seamless; this week, it took a little longer to get my order (can't complain though, it's a free service!) and they accidentally gave me someone else's order, so it's a good thing I checked it before I drove off. I alerted one of the employee runners and they went back into the store and got my correct bag. Thank you for offering this service during times like these!

This store has totally changed since they stopped the over night stocking crew...shelves are very empty...stocking carts and baskets clutter the isle ways..employees are not as nice..which I can understand they are now stocking the store..they are even complaining on the sales floor while working.......I do feel very sorry for them..however we the customer pay their wages by buying the products in the store. The very best area of the store is the CVS prescription area..they are so very nice..and extremely helpful.....thank you Bathrooms are not very clean at all......snack bar area has some very nice girls working there..however the credit card machine is very dirty..cleaning is a very large part of this stores problem.... grocery area..has out dated food items..such as the pre made salads..either they have no date or expired Very hard to find someone on the sales floor to help you... I shop this store because it is so close...... Management: If you felt payroll was too much with the over night crew..you did yourself and your customers a disservice....retail is one one of the hardest jobs to have..I know, almost 50 yrs of retail myself....treat your staff well and they will work hard for you...don't cut back on hrs. these associates need their hours and a good paycheck to live...... All retail companies will give a higher rate of pay and then make everyone part time ...and cut medical..vac..etc.....so sad..yet they make so much money

When I walked in I felt like I was trapped in a hell-like alternate dimension. What target literally anywhere else in the universe is always out of pretzels. The worker had to warm up Alfredo and said it'd take 5 min, then disappeared to the back for 15 min to take a dump. Meanwhile I went to Starbucks and the two teenagers working had the brain capacity of a squirrel with mange. The cold brew I ordered made me p*** for exactly 1 hour and 42 min. Then the guy came back with the Alfredo and eerily said "alfREdo" to call me over. I still can't get the sound out of my head, it's like having Revolution 9 by The Beatles on loop playing at full volume for your entire existence. Going into the clothes section made me feel like I was suffocating in the pits of hell, never to get out. For some reason everything is way more over priced than Lululemon, and the amount of shirts that just read "PARIS" in block letters made me feel like I was in a crappy airport knockoff store. I left my half-eaten Alfredo on a display table. The workers made me feel like I would be put in the gas oven if I made a tiny sound, as they were trained by videos from 1944 Germany. I felt like Satan's minions were punishing me for my sins. Never coming here again. 0/10 would recommend.

Had the absolute WORST experience at this Target location. Employees were rude and were not able to fix a mistake that THEY CAUSED! There were items for sale that were on clearance. They were all ringing up as zero. So instead of finding the correct price, they scanned something similar that was full priced. When I went to go return because I thought my total came out to be much higher than I had thought. Studied the receipt and saw what they had done. When I went to checkout to try and return then misscanned items. They gave me hell for trying to return items that weren't on the receipt. Even after I told them what had happened they were still rude and the employee who did it happened to have left her station. Omg it was awful and time consuming. They treated me as tho I were trying to cheat them and that I was the criminal. I will NEVER return to this Target location ever again!
