The Suburban Collection is certainly one of the best places besides the NAIAS to checkout any non-German vehicle brands at one time (ie no: Merc, BMW, Porsche, or Audi on site)! They offer top notch service and have some very welcoming staff whether you step foot in Subaru or Rolls-Royce.

Shop around, and do your home work before you go in. Sometimes they might not even have the car, so check their vehicle inventory before you visit

The absolute worst service department I have EVER DEALT WITH!!! If you need a new or used car, go somewhere else. I'm not big in doing reviews but this place is just so bad, rude and unprofessional I couldn't not say anything.

Horrible experience getting vehicle serviced at the Troy and Farmington hills location. Lack of communication, ignoring concerns, not doing what they claim and overall bad customer service and support. You would think after spending over 50k on a vehicle purchased directly through them (Suburban Troy) they would show a little more respect and willingness to help.
Took car in for Alignment/Oil Change/Interior Rattles/Hood Alignment at Suburban Troy on 6/20/23. Car stayed at dealer until 6/27/23. Once picked up I soon realized the alignment was unchanged/ oil had not been changed/ nor had any of the other concerns been addressed. (Unsure what was done during that period) Had to go elsewhere to have this done as I could not get another appointment in a timely manor. Frustrating as I would have gotten the oil change for free through Suburban.
Farmington Hills Suburban had the vehicle from 9/12-10/6 to address the alignment and multiple interior concerns. All I found done on the work order after almost a month was a "software flash" and a text from the service advisor that my warranty would not cover any of my issues. Very aggravating it took almost a month to be told this.
Also, good luck getting a loaner vehicle. That took almost 3 weeks. Would love a service manager to reach out to me to resolve this mess!

Service department doesn’t answer or return calls. It’s been three months dealing with them. I spend 45 mins calling around just to be sent to voicemail after voicemail. Would like this jeep issue resolved but seems it’ll carryover into the new year. Take your vehicles somewhere else. I’m ready to drive across state for better customer service.

The service is is terrible I call thur they told me to have it toll in Friday and they look at it Friday. Called Friday evening they said they couldn't look at it till Monday. Monday they said they were to busy.If they of told me that in the beginning I would have went to LaFontaine who is more efficient and less expensive. Even if they are further away. 600.00 dollar for a 250.00 dollar battery . From Friday got my car back tue.
