Well, they sent my phone to the wrong address AGAIN, are charging me 151 dollars for the month (I haven't touched, let alone seen a device of any kind ). How can I have a bill when I don't have service thru Verizon?? They didn't cancel my last order, put a 2nd line on for some reason, sent it to the wrong address which it's an address that isn't even on my license. Verizon has done absolutely nothing to remedy the situation or make any effort in making things right and getting squared away. I have done EVERY SINGLE STEP Verizon has requested. So so many emails and in those emails is the correct address which is also on the account so I'm not understanding how you can fudge up this situation entirely. So the end game so far is I lost 80 points off my credit score, owe 151 bucks for service and a phone I don't have, missed out on the 24 ultra on release date even though it was already paid.I'm going to have to file a report with the BBB and it is absolutely NOT what I wanted for anyone. Absolutely a travesty and I'd be ashamed of my business and it's practices for doing something like this.-----{Jan 23rd 24}-----My issue has finally been resolved for the most part. I wasn't able to get a watch of any sort but aside from that; I have a new phone being shipped out and I also was able to get on the plan of my choice. I expected a lot more discounts as a first time customer, (not that I want free stuff or something). Maybe I can add the watch later.... Overall, the man I spoke to was able to get me set up and ready to go within 15 minutes. Thank you Verizon for your help and patience.11:50pm. Maybe I spoke too soon. They ordered my phone but gave me zero deals and I didn't get a watch at all. I'm just confused all over againWell we can rectify the situation by actually getting my service and the phone and watch I am trying to buy. The so called "soft credit checks" knocked my score down by 80 points. Can I just get a phone already? 435594708 this is my app number. I'm trying to get a s24 ultra and a pro 5 watch or 6 classic. Or we can accomplish this at some point, I'm sure my opinion would change drastically. Thank you for your response-----{Jan 21st 24}-----Not this store in particular but Verizon itself is just awful. You get better customer service in prison. You'd have a better chance of getting coverage using Alexander Graham Bells phone. They have run my credit application 11 times now even though it's been approved. God knows what that did to my credit score, soft inquiry or not. There are many other mobile phone providers and I recommend looking into them and avoid Verizon

Terrible service from the person that spoke to me on the phone from the person that dealt with me, I will always go to the carpet store because they were eating checkers and Sonic where they did not take care of me and I only came there because of someone that was sincere

If I could give zero stars to this location, I absolutely would. My experience at the store was very disappointing, to say the least. I came in to have my phone number transferred from the old phone to the new one I had just bought. Not rocket science for any trained Verizon tech, if you ask me. If I could do this myself, I would never ask for help. I was placed in line, I was number five. I waited a total of an hour and a half just to watch four associates signing people in and placing them in line and two additional associates actually working and helping people. During my hour and a half of waiting, the line has barely moved. Moreover, the four associates that were signing people in were just chatting amongst themselves and mostly ignoring everyone who was in the store needing help. I observed them walking to the back room and then back into the lobby looking important and accomplishing zero. I would like to believe they are capable of more than just placing people in line, and could have at the very least stepped outside their limited scope of signing people in and offered help and tried to assist customers who were waiting instead of engaging in meaningless chatter and walking back and forth as if the rest of us customers were invisible. I could tell a lot of customers were upset and were walking right out. I am not sure how this location is still in business with this kind of work ethic. I too left without being helped because my patience was running low. In contrast, the very next day I went to the Lakeside location, and it took less than two minutes to get my new phone activated. I almost could not believe it compared to the lack of service I received the day before. The same person who signed me in was able to assist me with no wait time at all. Management at Troy should be both ashamed of their ignorant staff AND put on high alert at what’s going on. The employees there are not respectful of peoples’ time at all. I will never return to the Troy location and will advise everyone I know to stay away. Simply unacceptable!

Mixed review. Both managers and younger man working to take care of my problematic phones were very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. The local people rock! My wife and I were in there for nearly two hours largely due to online tech support incompetence. The ubreakifix phone interaction while there was intolerable. After convincing me to pay for something that should have been covered he tried to con me out of more warranty money for more coverage. I told him I didn't want it or anything that separated me from more of my money. Yet, he persisted greatly irritating me. Extended warranties are a waste of money. Once I get thru this I'll cancel the warranty coverage.

After being with Verizon for over sixteen years, I thought they would reward that kind of loyalty with free phones. But NOOOO!!! You can only get free phones if you are NEW customers. So I've cut my ties with Verizon and signed up with T-Mobile, who not only gave my husband and I free phones, but they offer a 5G network for less than Verizon. I've said bye-bye to the V and hello to the T!!!

In March I came into verizon ready to spend. They did not have to sell me on anything. All they had to do was ring me up. I bought all their promotions and accessories and they rang me up wrong. A month later a $900+ invalid charge showed up. I came in to get it fixed and they said it was taken care of. A month later it shows up again. The store said they took care of it and I will be credited. The credit never showed up and my line got cut. I spent 4 visits at 3 different verizon stores and 8 hours on the phone with customer service with no resolution. Customer service kept dropping the call, giving me different explanations, passing me to different departments, and wasted my time. I have never in my entire life hated a company so much.

Pretty good except the chargers are not authentic brands at least not from my experience the charger was slow and a brand I never heard of.

Really not one to write negative reviews but I feel the need to here. This is a "corporate" store so I'd expect them to be held to a higher standard. Long story short... no matter what they say about the "Verizon Home Device Protect" being free, it's not - you'll pay somewhere around $25/month.The extended story is they began selling me on this as they do with other add-on's to which I declined. The rep at store repeatedly ensured me I will never, ever, ever get charged for this home device protection. I happened to look at my bill one month and noticed it was tied into a $25 discount I was receiving for being a loyal customer so the total of that grouping showed a net of $0 but really I was being charged $25 for the service. I called and had it removed but I still felt sharing this here was necessary.TLDR: no matter how many times they say the "Verizon Home Device Protect" is free, you're being charged for it and I found this out about a year into my contract.

After my phone randomly stopped working, I went to the Verizon at 16/Dequindre, only to leave upset and frustrated. I came to this store seeking more help - I was instantly greeted with a smile and checked in by a girl named Jess. After a short wait, Corbin helped return my phone to working order. Honestly, he was fantastic and whatever you guys pay him, isn't enough. He could tell I was upset and quickly broke the tension and made me feel comfortable. The issue took a few tries to figure out, he didn't give up, though. Corbin talked me through everything, he explained everything, and was really patient. He got my phone working again and I left happy and relieved. I have been with Verizon for over 15 years and have dealt with more reps than I can count, some good and some not so great. The customer service in this store is phenomenal - I will definitely return for any further issues. Thank you again, Corbin!

Pretty disappointed in the service I received today. My new phone (two weeks old) was defective and would not charge. Verizon's system went down today. No problem, we decided that I'd return later when the system came back up. The guy who helped me earlier called and invited me to return to the store. I wrongly assumed that I would be helped once I arrived. I waited for a rep for about an hour, and even when a rep became available, two women cut in front of me to be helped. Even when I was finally helped, the rep did not make sure the phone would activate, and sure enough when I got home, it didn't and I had to call the help number. Will not be returning to this particular store. Hopefully, then next time I need to go in, I'll choose a different store and have a better experience.
