DO NOT SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK!!!!!!!!!! The manager Jamie is indeed Racist! The store close at 11:00 pm, he turned off alll the lights at 10:45. I was in the front of the store with a full basket by 10:58 (an employee confirmed) he then closed the register before 11:00 pm and told me I was going to have to come in the morning to complete my purchase. I spend at-least $500 every time I come to Burlington. They lost a great customer.

Super messy all the time. Workers are crazy rude and unprofessional. Store needs a complete remodel.

.Poor training and lack of respect for the new hires by one of the leads. Very aggressive attitudes for anyone with ADHD and focus retention issues.Had to learn things by intuition because they were hostile and unwilling to help me..Lack of proper resources such as decent large bags during the holiday rush..Disorganized for staff and customersBroken register tools, broken vending machine..Too much micromanaging required of cashier staff when customers are in need of help.Did not really enjoy the atmosphere of working here. Catering does not make up for low morale

This location was so crowded unless you have patience I’d find another one. Felt like I was having Black Friday flashbacks with all the people looking to score great deals.

I would give less if able. We were standing in line for over 30 minutes we got halfway through the line and they closed all the cash registers down. So that they could organize the shelves talk to the manager the manager just got upset with us and said that she was doing what she can. There's 50 people in line we will never ever come to this Burlington again. Employee even came in and they sent her over to straighten up the shopping carts. This is totally ridiculous everyone is totally disgusted with the service here don't ever come here.

Terrible experience! We stood for at least two hours in line while the employees (including the manager) closed all registers and started organizing what’s behind the registers! We complained and asked them why weren’t being helped, they ALL had a super bad attitude and said this is all we can do. I just still can’t believe that the manager and one of her employees yelled at the customers instead of offering any apology!!!!

Unprofessional,unorganized, anddangerous. The register line was wrapped around and down aisle's. Understandable, its the holidays.3 registers were open, Suddenly all three women at the registers closed down and started tidying up and putting clothes away in front of 50 plus customers still waiting in line. When the employees were asked by customers in line why they were shutting down the registers. They said they were doing their job and cleaning up their area. "Theres nothing we can do" two employees said. The manager came a long while later, after costumers consistantly asked the women behind the register to get the manager incharge. When asking the manager if she was going to open up the registers, she yelled at the customer saying that ""corperate cut over 60 hours, I'm under staffed, is there anything else you have to say!?"" The manager didn't get on a register or redirect any other employee to get on a register to resolve the situation. Another employee had clocked in and the manager directed that employee to start straightening up locked out carts, near the line that had been growing. Customers had asked the manager if the new employee could ring at a register, because at this point it was over two hours and there wasn't any body manning the registers. The manager yelled at the customers and then left the front of the store entirely. People were leaving the store, outraged by the behavior and lack of leadership.Meanwhile, there were some women waiting at a register this entire time, their order had been 'lost in the system'. The manager didn't seem interested in helping them or the employee that was trying to find that order either.There was broken glass all over the store floor, in the check out line and in different aisles. The floors are covered in merchandise and opened food products. Nothing is organized. Things are quite literally piled on anything and everything.The fitting rooms were locked. When asking a employee if they could assist with the fitting rooms; he said he's new, he couldn't, and he said he couldn't walkie anyone either.It was a terrible display of professionalism and work ethic.I see way to many reviews about this location saying the same thing; complaining about the state of the store and the poor attitude of the staff. Nothing is being done about these issues, it's apparent. It's been going on for too long without resolve.Online words from the -burington team- replying to reviews don't help this store in it's professionalism or organization.Words instead of action.Wouldn't recommend, won't be returning to this location.

I have never seen such a messy store! Stuff is just laying everywhere, nothing is where it should be. The line is ridiculous, you are in line longer than shopping. There's cashiers that cuss in front of the customers. I think I'll find a different place to find deals.

Bit of a line, but that's expected for the holidays. However, more than 3 registers open would've aided in getting customers in and out faster.
