I recently had my roof replaced by L&S Home Improvements. I initially contacted their company because of their stellar reviews and was not disappointed throughout the process. Their front office was responsive and their Field Rep, Matt, did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend L&S Home Improvements for any roofing needs.

Expert sales advice! Ryan took time out of his sales to answer many questions that were not even directly related to the specific job. Professional and personable! Nicole was in regular communication regarding timeline. Crew nailed the job, even with an unplanned issue that popped up. Very impressed with all facets of L & S and the way they do business!

We had a positive experience with
L & S Improvements, the sales rep
Ryan was informative and demonstrated integrity-we felt very comfortable around him and decided
to have his Company come out and
installed gutters and guards on our
home. When the installers came out
they were very polite and introduce
themselves, they took my suggestion
to heart and hopefully fixed the area
in question. They did a fantastic job
and did a thorough cleanup.
I would definitely recommend them .

Out of the companies I contacted to roof and gutter service, I was most pleased with my experience with L&S Home Improvements. The level of customer service and satisfaction was truly unmatched. Ryan our sales guy, and the pleasant and responsive office team were great in keeping us informed of the process and what to expect. The welcome call, the communications, and the actual work….. all top notch!!!! I am pleased with my decision to hire L&S Home Improvements!!!!

We recently replaced our roof and our gutters. The salesman who came out was very professional and super helpful in explaining all the different options and what they meant. He was extremely kind and understanding especially when dealing with the interruptions from our two youngsters! When the actual work was completed, it was done quickly and all the men were professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning up the yard after which was something we were worried about because of our dog and children. There was no reason to worry at all!

Great experience from beginning to end. After waking up to a leaking ceiling, I called this company. They came out promptly and sealed the leak until they could do a total tear off and replace my roof. They were quick and efficient . They reassured me of any concern I had. The price was extremely fair. They were very professional. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I definitely recommend them.

Came out earlier than expected. When I came home and noticed a couple down spouts weren't directed the way I would prefer I called and they sent a man out within an hour. He redirected them exactly the way I wanted them. No arguments or hassle just good quick service.

We are very Happy with our new roof. The crew showed up bright and early ready to put in work. Not only was their work performance excellent but very professional and polite. Our entire experience with L&S has been wonderful since the start. We highly recommend them if you need a new roof!! We are looking forward to having them back in a few days to put our gutters on.

Tony and his crew from L&S did such an incredible job replacing our roof and gutters! They were fast, efficient and did a quality job. Tony was great at communicating with us throughout the process which we really appreciated. We are very pleased with the outcome. I would absolutely recommend Tony and his L&S crew!!

I had my roof replaced by L & S about a year ago, and I was thrilled with the results. Recently, I noticed a small area of shingles had lifted slightly and I called to see if they could send someone out to look at it. Two days later they sent a roofer to repair the area and it looks great. I am so appreciative of their quick response, professional service and how they stand by their work. If you are looking for a first-class company to do your roof, don’t hesitate to call L&S!

What an amazing experience we had with L & S Home Improvements replacing our roof. From the beginning with my first contact with Ellie, she was so professional and polite. Then Matt our sales person coming out. He was very caring, professional and explained everything going on and what needs to be done. The installation crew were very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up. Shout out to Josylyn in the office with the follow up. She was also so polite and professional. Then Matt coming back out for final inspection. He walked me around and showed me what was all done. Special thanks again to Matt for taking the time to speak with my 97 year old father in law at his first visit just chatting a bit with him. That made him very comfortable. Since the work was being done on his home.
I would highly recommend L & S Home Improvements.
