Been there 3 times and some else was there 1 time for the same truck which they seem to not be able to fix it. Have appointment for the 5th time hopefully they have the right part and some one there who can final fix it. Very disappointed in the company I'm glad it's not my truck otherwise I would go with a different company. To be fair though the couple times before covid hit it was good but the truck new also.

Our reservation was mixed up but they were very apologetic and refunded part of the cost. An overall good experience.

Reservation for a DAY Cab at PENSKE warren , Mi. Garret said he would have the tractor ready to go @0700 . At 0700 Erica said they do not have a DAY Cab available and to call GOPENSKE1 for a reservation . I did Jason at PENSKE1 said the warren Michigan location had a DAY cab ready and to send someone to pick the unit up . I called Erica back in warren Michigan she said she doesn't know why PENSKE1 would tell me they had a tractor when they don't have any DAY cabs , I asked for Garret but Erica said he was not working today and she did not know when he would be working , I asked to speak to Garret's supervisor and Erica said she is Garret's supervisor . Funny Garrets supervisor does not know when he works ( explains why they don't know where the DAY cab is ) . Erica said she will call me back when she finds a DAY cab available . Yeah ok I will hold my breath.

Hugh from the Plymouth store is always an absolute pleasure to work with. Do yourself a favor and avoid Home Depot for Penske pickup. I had to call Hugh to handle my Dearborn HD pickup because the rental counter was literally clueless. Penske is a great value with great service.
