Had such a terrible experience. I walked into the store and there were two Caucasian cashiers. They continued to talk and ignored me. No greeting or anything. I proceeded to the back as I was looking for lunchables for my kids since they were due to school. Upon walking to the back, didn’t get a greeting but I did get followed as if I was going to steal. I’ve never been followed in a store just because I am black. As a successful individual who has never stolen and can afford literally anything in the store I was very offended. The experience was just very ignorant and unprofessional. Majority of the time I walk into the location I am not greeted by the race mentioned above. They have very rude cashiers and not one working at the front is of a different race. I will be contacting corporate as no customer should be treated the way that I was. I truly hope that this location can get diversity training and begin to do better and not assume that just because a younger black individual walks in that they’re going to steal.

Really has gone downhill in the pharmacy area. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Slow. Not personable. Had my script for hours then said they need a few more hours. No sense of urgency or care anymore. Didn’t ask me if I would like to wait and turned to walk away before I could even respond. I was mid sentence and this new girl I had never seen before just walked off and ignored me. I’ll come back again later for my meds but will be looking into somewhere else from now on. I have come here for over a decade and this new staff is the worst. Also when I called to speak to a manager, I was told the pharmacist was busy. So I was denied a chance to speak to someone in charge too. Unacceptable.

Had my doctor send a prescription to themthis morning... guess it was a problem with my insurance. I didn't find that out until I drove there to pick up my prescription, so I couldn't get my prescription until they talked with my doctor. they told my this AFTER my doctor's office was closed. then I walked outta the store only to receive a text from CVS saying that there was a problem with my insurance..? sad customer service!. AND this isn't the first time

This is the worst pharmacy ever 2 days I'm trying to get a prescription and they are closed at this point I will just get it at another pharmacy with my doctor office opens on Monday. So pathetic and lousy customer service

Went there to grab some stuff with my FSA and I made a mistake and somethings weren't covered and I didn't bring anything else but the FSA card and of course there were problems with the items. (You should look into displaying what's not covered when you're paying with FSA and you have a remaining cash balance after. That wonderful cashier rang up things in groups to help me figure out what wasn't covered. I'm SURE you don't pay her nearly enough to be that courteous.)The woman working out front Thursday evening deserves a raise and a promotion. She gets 5 stars, the rest was terrible.It took the manager the cashier called for (and later searched for and still couldn't find her) at least 15 minutes to appear, no joke. The cashier had to open another drawer to care for the people unfortunately stuck behind me.This is apparently par for the course at this store with this manager. Not sure how that's acceptable to an extremely large company like CVS, but it's things like this and constantly being questioned about my prescriptions leading to me more often than not not receiving my meds filled on their date. I would end up driving around (since they won't tell you over the phone if they have any of course) to find a CVS that would have then(at spoiler: they rarely ever did. I find I hard to believe every pharmacy in the tri-county area doesn't carry extremely popular medication) Like most people I get the same prescriptions every month but somehow they never think to order them and they're always out. That makes me have to fill them at different locations which increases the pharmacist being weary to fill my script.(as I was told by one of their pharmacist). I live between two CVS, both are only 1.5 miles from my house and Fri now on I'm going to the Beech and Van Born location when I do randomly decide to stop in a CVS again

Pick a better pharmacy! CVS across the bored is horrible! Even worse than Walgreens! Their customer service is 100% ignorant in the pharmacy! The newest tech on last night Sunday Feb 6, 2022 didn’t have a clue how to do her job or was lazy either way unacceptable customer service!! When asked to complete a transfer manually since online didn’t work for some reason she told me the transferring pharmacy has to call cvs… wrong.. the receiving pharmacy calls the old pharmacy. I asked at Walgreens to be sure. She then proceeded to tell me I have 0 refills when I had two refills left. The reason why she couldn’t see them my guess is stupidity along with the fact the medication isn’t in their system. The medication I take is a life or death medication and cvs should know this as it’s in my notes and I have used CVS in the past.:. CVS needs to either train their techs better or hire more experienced techs and in mistakes like this where someone clearly doesn’t want to do their job… fire the inadequate tech… a transfer isn’t difficult… as I’m sure their system isn’t that difficult to navigate. Will definitely not be returning to this CVS.

They threw out my photos, gave me a bogus excuse about fuji film telling them to do it. They never called me to tell me they were ready OR that they were throwing them away. The fat lady who gave me hell about my photos better hope she has found a new job, cause I told FUJI CORPORATE all about it, and you, and now we gonna get the truth. They have already been in contact with me.

A lady with an accent, not the nicest and seem to give me a hard time because I simply wanted to transfer my prescription from another store, didn't think it be too much to ask as it is your job and all.....I practically had to explain to the lady why when I shouldn't have to.......
