I was having this wonderful conversation what the person behind the desk and our conversation, which I thought would last no more than 5 minutes actually last for about the good 30 minutes. She was telling me about all the different specials as well as other points of interest. It is that kind of personality that is lacking in business is nowadays and I enjoy the moment. Lastly this person behind the desk happens to be the manager of the facility. It is that personality that resonate especially during these uncertain times. Keep it up. And thank you for the survey. You should do this throughout the person's residency at this facility.Lastly, any new area of improvement I will suggest is to send out a reminder text, just to ensure a payment is made on the appropriate date if not sooner.

I rented the unit online, it was quick and easy. I needed assistance when I got to the storage facility and the woman working there was wonderful. This was a very good experience overall. It is nice to see a company where customer service is obviously important!!

I rented my unit online everything was pretty user friendly for the most part. I got a call from a woman who worked there she followed up to make sure everything went good. Let me choose my gate code & some other info. It was good to still speak to someone after doing things online.

Jude,Was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It's as almost if I were having a conversation with an old friend.This was my first experience renting a storage facility and I really did not know what to expect. Jude's friendliness and knowledge to point things out and ask my needs of what I would place in storage was very helpful in selecting the size and whether or not I would need a climate control unit.I most certainly would recommend my friends, family, or anyone that lives in the area of Storage Sense in Wayne, Michigan to stop by and visit Jude. She'll certainly make you feel at ease and down home.

My experience with storage sense has been wonderful. Its everything i was looking for to store my things. It was clean, dry, and climate controlled with ample room. Management was professional and kind. She answered all of my questions too. I felt like my belongings were very secure with a key code to pass the gate as well as to enter the building and a special lock on top of that. This location was nice. Plus i could make online payments as well. First storage for a few months- simple to use. It was great! Thank you ?
