My experience with this pharmacy has been nothing but terrible. We are a provider of service and call in multiple prescriptions daily. EVERY single time I leave a message (which is a provider option) to fill a prescription, the patient calls us back saying the pharmacy said "they never received it." I keep the date and time I called each script in and the voice mail is recorded, so the pharmacy DOES have it......When I have confronted them on the issue, they respond, " oh yeah, we have it...we are just really busy and haven't filled it yet". So my question is why do they tell the patient they never received it????? Tell the patient, you have it but are busy and it will take longer.I have now been calling and waiting to speak with a pharmacist as I don't trust the "leave a message" prompt, and now I get put on hold for 20-30 mins with NO response, so I will end up hanging up as I do not have time to be put on hold while trying to work. Total waste of time.Patients need these medications for infections, or pain. They can not wait several days to start taking them.I have now recommended all our patients that go to this location to change as it is nearly impossible to get a prescription filled.If I could rate a 0, I would....totally unprofessional, unhelpful and rude.

Absolutely terrible service. Once I finally get my medication that should have been ready yesterday I will never come back. Few weeks ago had to pick up amoxicillen for my sick son, took them 30 minutes to tell me they were out of it, absolutely no help in finding a location that had it in stock.

Not now if you have a pain med to be filled in the morning they don't inform you it's filled , . Then they had it off to someone off which is ILLEAGE AS HELL PAY ATTN AND THIS SHOULD GET THEM SHUT DOWN

Worst pharmacy. The techs are rude and judgmental and will make you feel horrible for needing your meds. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went to CVS to get cough syrup. I found 2 bottles on sale sign said 75prrcent off, I went to the cashier to pay and check out but the cough syrup rang up at regular price I told cashier supposed to be 75,, percent off, she checked the aisle said these weren't the ones and told me that they were full price of I wanted them. I said why were they in the sale spot. She said she didn't know but that they were full price if I wanted them.very rude

Update your hours. Pulled up at 10:27pm and you guys are closed when you’re supposed to close at 11pm per google. Annoying and inconvenient.

A great pharmacy with both polite and respectful employees, my feet were killing me the pain was 7/10 in just three minutes the professionals in the store were able to find me a remedy for both prevention and healing so I can continue working without taking a day off to see the doctor

Just had the worst experience ever with a pharmacist at this location today trying to get my medication, her name was Hikmat. I have never felt so belittled and disrespected ever before at a pharmacy, one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve had at one. I will never be going back.

This CVS location is Wonderful.I can grab a few items on the way back to the Pharmacy and check out there while getting my Scripts. Workers are great.Clean well stocked store.

I've had the same issue with this location for 5 years. I steadily try to train their own team when they give me the correct information. This is a coaching matter that has never been fixed, which makes me question management. Don't tell me a prescription will be ready next day and they proceed to explain at pick up that I need to call day of, after being told "oh no it will be ready" One I address normally I call day of cause I was told to but they get upset with me cause "it's not enough time" My son takes medicine daily that he needs. Then I called earlier a few days before cause I was asked to be told at pick up that I should have called the day of. Why is this still an issue? 5 years in of the same medicine. Make up ur mind. it's not fair my kid goes without cause you guys can't make up your mind. Half the time it's we won't know if we have the meds to fill his script. Next, it's "yes come in tomorrow it will be ready." Now it's .Why didn't u call today." Make up ur mind and do some coaching on ur team.

We've asked for no prescription auto fills, they continually attempt to sell us auto fills. Their phone menu is a struggle to get past the "voice" and speak with a druggist. The drug area closes down for lunch in the middle of the afternoon. Inconvenient. Too often they are out of our monthly meds so we wait 2 or more days for refills.
