Best pharmacy ever. I really don't know about the pharmacy because they have too many prescriptions and their wait time is long. But I love the coupons I get to shop in the store.

This pharmacy…. Smh.They make me so upset. I will NEVER have medication sent to there EVER AGAIN. I firstly called to see about my active prescriptions, but their phone AI wasn’t pulling up my account at all. It took me over 20mins of trying and even trying it online but there evidently were technical errors. So then I had to speak with a live person to figure out what was going on with my account so then I could get that all resolved and check my daughter’s account and make sure that was good so I could proceed to ask about my inactive and active prescriptions for both me and my daughter, and let them know about my new insurance since my job changed insurances this year (just to let you know, even THAT part took a while, so I’m already frustrated.)I wind up having to speak with both one of the staff member and their manager…. Firstly, although the staff member was nice she still didn’t listen. Kept asking her about my health insurance for last year and even mentioned that it was through my job. Well I was told cvs doesn’t accept my insurance. Well come to find out later, it was said that only because she mistaken my insurance for being through the state (although I told her it was my employers). To shorten it up a little, that staff member firstly didn’t listen to me and two, the common sense lacked. If I am STATING that I have insurance through my employer and that I was told by the state that I am no longer eligible for state insurance, wouldn’t common sense tell you that the insurance I am specifying wouldn’t be through the state?? THEN the manager… that’s the one I am DEFINITELY complaining about. She doesn’t listen AT ALL and didn’t take real time to break down why their systems show one insurance name and not the one you have in your hand. But also, if I am explaining to you that all last year I have been telling your staff to place my insurance from my employer in the system and remove any old or state insurance in the system, why haven’t they did it that whole year and still billing the SAME insurances I told them not to. Firstly, I didn’t even know my state insurance was still active. The state is telling me it isn’t due to how much I make, but CVS is telling me that it is. But the thing that kept pissing me off about this manager is that she not only wasn’t listening and kept cutting me off, she tells me that I haven’t paid anything for both myself and my child’s medication. NOW I have an even BIGGER issue! Despite telling both the staff and manager that I have the receipts from both CVS, the amount on the slips they staple to the medication, AND the exact amounts in my banking statements from when I picked up my prescriptions can show them. BUT they dismiss that and proceeds to CONTINUALLY tell me I never paid anything for our prescriptions. That upset me even more because you’re pretty much calling me a liar…. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and explaining things in a more tactful way so that I wouldn’t be upset, you pretty much in all other words keep calling me a liar. You don’t tell a customer that is trying to tell you that they have the receipts from your establishment for the medications from last year… that “You didn’t pay anything out of pocket because they were billed through both employers…” I am don’t with this place, they have really upset me in a time where I am grieving and their lack of proper listening skills, context clues, and compassion and not even one simple apology….. Made me so upset. Please everyone, do not go to this location for your pharmaceuticals. I get they have a job to do but why work in this field if you just don’t care about people at all??

The overall culture at this CVS is awful. Firstly, I went through the drive thru and Florence was rude, inconsiderate, and quite ill-mannered. When I went inside to the pharmacy, Brittany was even worse; she was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Brittany's horrendous attitude was on display, both verbally and with her body language. Krista's customer service only added insult to injury (quite apathetic); a pattern of unprofessionalism was clearly established. The only bright spot came from speaking with Amika; she was professional, patient and empathetic. Thank you Amika.

I called in a prescription to the pharmacy department, and the pharmacist immediately had a terrible attitude from the very beginning of phone call. She was not helpful at all, and blatantly disrespectful… if you’re looking for good service, go somewhere else.

UPDATE: today I received a text message, a whole week later, that her prescription is ready for pick up. An antibiotic filled a week later! good Lord, she’d be dead ?I received a text saying they got my daughters order for an antibiotic at 6:20pm.No other text saying it was ready so at 9am my husband shows up to find out what’s going on….. it’s an antibiotic something that needs to be started right away.Technician tells him sorry we don’t carry that. So where the hell was our phone call letting us know they don’t carry it so we could have the prescription filled somewhere else.?It’s an antibiotic!!!!Liquid amoxicillin apparently CVS doesn’t carry?

The pharmacy department needs to make themselves clearer on how to fill rx I was told on Friday my rx would be ready , then got called back not until 26th which was fine , I talked to him on Sunday to make sure as he affirm that mine would be 1 st in the morning, so I called to make sure ‘ then it became a 2 hour wait . Ok then , why did you not explain this Friday , or Sunday , why is it so hard to communicate, that’s what wrong . Then when I finally went in the whole crew jumped my very unprofessional . Won’t go or deal with them ago I am learning disable and this is how they treat a disabled person

Clearly marked clearance items didn't ring up but when I proved to the cashier they were stocked in the clearance sign spot cashier wouldn't honor it and told me it's my responsibility to check item numbers. I'm pretty sure that's what you are paid to do. Retrain or replace cashier #1029369 Rachel. It's unnecessary to put your mistakes on the customers how are we to know the item numbers etc we don't work here. And now will not shop here

Customer service was very helpful. Fast service. Had everything that I needed. I like the idea that they added self scans so u don't have to wait in line if you don't need to.

So incredibly disappointed with this location and their male pharmacist.. went to pick up a prescription and was refused Because they were telling me I needed blood work.. even tho my Dr sent the script over to be filled by the pharmacy.. the pharmacist was of no help and made me cry. all he kept telling me was to call my dr and figure it out but I couldnt because it was 7:30pm and my dr office was closed. fast forward to this am I call my dr office and explain to them what happened and they were absolutely livid that I was not given my medication So they called and the pharmacy tried lying and saying it was a new girl who helped me and they would fix the issue. fast forward to 6 hrs later my prescription is finally ready but I'm stuck at work going through all the withdrawal symptoms for multiple days now.

My mother is fell I'll so I came home from FL to help her she asked me to pick up her prescription today and I was met with unnecessary attitude. Name Badges aren't worn which is probably so the horrible employees aren't exposed. The cvs pharmacy employee was short and rude and it's a reflection of management at this point. I don't even want my mom to have to experience this location. Let's continue to speak out about our experiences we are going through tough times and work hard for our money.
