Wendy and Norene were very pleasant and helpful in assisting me with what I needed to do and made the process very easy. Anytime i have gone there everyone has always been pleasant and helpful.

Twice, I ran into an "ATM" glitch, where my deposit (cash) didn't "register ". Flagstar has to manually transfer the money back to my account, but it took 5 day to 7 days each time. keep all receipts at the atm.

Colette and Sheria took all of my change today (over $175) saving me 3-5 trips to other Banks to get all of it deposited ladies are the real MVPs today!!!
