Always a great place to shop. Good grocery deals, and even some good deals on clothing. It's my go-to for groceries.

Don't even bother going into the customer service center. Had a bag missed from pickup and the lady threw all her coworkers under the bus saying someone lied to us about our bag being put aside until we come back. Come find out she was just too lazy to ring the pick up area. Our bag was right in there.

Came in on 11/10/2024 to get a frozen young turkey. 49 cent sale with 16 cents off MPerks. Could not find anywhere in coupons or MPerks where the discount off is at. I ended up paying 49 cents and you lied about the MPerks 16 cents off in your ad. That is FALSE ADVERTISING and I am beyond discouraged. So watch out shoppers for Meijer rip off in their ad.

There are never enough of the small carts in the store. Other than that, it's a standard shopping experience.

New carts are awful! I don't know what happened to the old carts, but whatever they did to the new ones is terrible. I tried 3 different carts, all of them locking up constantly while trying to shop, before I just gave up, left my cart in the middle of the store, and walked out. This after they "upgraded" the self checkout to stop every other item and accuse me of stealing and make me wait for an employee to come verify that the system is just stupid. If you're that worried, pay enough employees to keep the cashier checkout lines short. Keep treating every paying customer like a thief, and soon the thieves will be the only shoppers left. I prefer to support Meijer, but I'll just go to Aldi or Walmart from now on.
