My daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and side of ranch… no bacon, no ranch. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a side salad. No side salad ever brought out. Once I brought it to the servers attention he brought it out 10+ minutes later and the majority of it looked like this.

I ordered a neighborhood double burger. When I got the burger it was pretty small so I asked our waitress about it and she told me that the size of the burger is correct. So I pointed out that the burger looked like basically they tore a regular patty apart and stacked it up to make a double. Complete ripoff. I usually stick to the bourbon street steak but I wanted to try something different. I can say that staff were all awesome just the food sucked.

Scott was our waiter and let me tell you something, he had us laughing the entire time we were there. He set the entire mood. The food was good, but the service was top notch!

I went here for my birthday and waited for thirty minutes before the host proceeded to tell us it was going to be another hour before we could POSSIBLY be seated. He refused to seat us even though there were unreserved tables available. We offered to split up our group and sit separately, but he made up some excuse as to why we couldn’t. He kept saying over and over that the wait was going to be very long, making it clear he just wanted us to leave. The way he went about it was extremely unprofessional and rude. We decided to leave and go to Green Mill and our experience was much better.

BBQ ribs were very tough and chewy. Beer was good though. The restaurant was busy and service was slow.

It's always crowded and busy, but it was a great time. Or server was the best I've had in a long time. (Have her extra on the tip) It was Veteran's Day so had the Veteran's meal. Food was great. Nicely cooked. Great presentation. Had the double crisp shrimp. Cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back.Food: 5/5

Prices are way up. Portion size is way down. You get to pay way more for way less. Server was fantastic for the first 90% of our visit and then the train came off the tracks, but noteworthy for being excellent before that.Food: 4/5

Update: I did receive a gift card via email.I ordered through DoorDash and paid $38.56 for my sirloin and shrimp meal. The DoorDash driver, Adam, was prompt and courteous. My order, however, was a different story. I ordered my steak medium-well and it was well done, but still good. The garlic mashed potatoes were missing! I also ordered Bleu cheese dressing for my garden salad, but no dressing was sent. I called and spoke to a manager who was going to email me a gift certificate, but that did not show up. What a disappointment!

We got different food than we ordered and the meat was not cooked all the way. Server was too busy socializing with people to do her job. Waited 25 mins to pay and leave after finishing eating. We won't be back to this location.Food: 2/5

One of my favorite places to eat. No matter what I've had no complaints. Very friendly service every time I've been there. Nice atmosphere if you like the sports bar look. Would highly recommend this place.Food: 5/5

Decided to go there after the movie for a quick drink and an appetizer to go. Online says open until midnight. The sign on the door said open until midnight. We were there at 10:63pm, people inside at the bar and the door was locked.

Food was delicious. ?However, what made the food & experience wonderful-- was Avery C!! ?Vegetarian options: We are all vegetarians And this grand meal was healthy & delicious.Parking: It worked. Mom has needs. Easy for her to slowly walk into restaurant.

The waitstaff was friendly although it took over 40 minutes from being seated until our order was taken. The food came fairly quickly. It was average nothing I would rave about. We had eaten at the Apply Valley Applebee's and ordered the nachos there, they were fabulous. So we again ordered the nachos at the Albert Lee location, 2 orders, we had liked them so much. Sadly they were not the same. Still good but not worth going back for. So Applebee's Apple Valley will be out location from now on.
