We had no intentions of buying but only looking at new mattress. I knew what I was looking for and I had an idea but my husband did not. He is more of a visual buyer, and I like buying things online for the most part. I had done research on different brands. I looked at specials and deals. I read all kinds of reviews. We went in talked with Bauddlio but he goes by “B” He is extremely nice. Right up front asked if we knew what we were looking? What we liked? What didn’t like? How we preferred to sleep, (side, back, stomach) and the most important, if we had a price range? Because he didn’t want to show us something that could be potentially out of what we wanted to spend. There was no pressure to buy at all. We told him we would think about it and maybe come back. We went home talked it over, and I did a bit more research and I finally said let’s just do it. We went back the next day he was in the store again and we told him what we decided. We set up delivery and take away of the old mattress, and talked more. Super nice guy laid back. He let us know if we didn’t for what ever reason like the mattress then there is a restocking fee but to come back and the money we paid for on this mattress can be put towards a different one. He wants to make sure we absolutely love the mattress we sleep on. Our store experience was great. Now we hope we love the mattress we picked also.

Felt bad for coming in a half hour before close. Baudillio was awesome. Never felt rushed with it being close to close. Teenage daughter tried out multiple mattresses and came away with one she really liked for a great price. Baudillio was a great help and perfect customer service.

Our shopping experience started with Tom - he is in training, so after a nice greeting and chat, John helped us. With both their help we bought a mattress and box spring. We feel with their help, we came to a definite answer on what we wanted in a mattress. Thank you gentlemen for a good shopping experience.

John was wonderful, great knowledge and excellent customer service. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a bed!! Kai has also helped me so much in this process with owning a Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed. They have answered all my questions and concerns. I will always recommend this mattress firm in Apple Valley, will never go to any place different. If you want to get a great mattress, go here!!

We had a wonderful experience looking for a mattress at Mattress Firm on Cedar Ave in Apple Valley. John was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming with all the types of mattress out there but we actually had a very nice experience thanks to John. We bought our Mattress and delivery is scheduled for this week!
