My 10 year old Shepherd was drinking excessive amounts of water so we brought her in. They suggested testing her for Cushing's disease so we did and it came back positive. They put her on a medication treatment that immediately caused terrible vomiting and she wouldn't eat. Right away we call the vet office on what to do about the vomiting and we couldn't get ahold of them I never received a return call. We decided to take her off the medication after 2 days of treatment and within a week she went into paralysis and couldn't walk leading to us putting her down at another vet.(still no word from the vet). They were obviously to busy to worry about our dog.

After terrible experiences at other clinics, Dr. Jacobson has helped my old dog feel comfortable going to the vet again!! Always caring and attentive.

Had to put down some family pets here and the vets were very insensitive to us. They told me my cat of 20 years was now dead and they questioned a 16 year old dog that couldn't walk asking why we would euthanasia. She doesn't have quality of life when she can't eat or walk that's why. They are also more expensive then any other vet I have seen around. They have always been rude to everyone I know including myself and my kids dad. Would not recommend. I would go to the dodge center or blooming prairie vet if you need care for your animal.

Our eldery cat was no longer thriving and we reluctantly made the decision to end her suffering. The staff were very kind and understanding.

If you see any other vets even in the case of an emergency their vet becomes severely angry and tells you she won't see your dog anymore
