Thank you so much for helping my precious fuzzball babes. Like night and day, the difference is so obvious that they feel better.
Body language is more relaxed, they're eating better, and I was able to get in some seriously good brushing sessions. They both have been snuggling with me more, sleeping with me at night (BOTH OF THEM AT THE SAME TIME, TOGETHER in the crook of my legs or the curve of my chest with my arm curled around them with minimal "arguing" almost all night) and acting much more loving, toward me and toward each other.
They've also become more patient with our new pup - witnessed my Jellybelly give our dog a headbutt and body rub with her tail held high and happy. Currently all three are cuddled up with me on the couch while I drink my morning coffee. This is new and wonderful. You have no idea how grateful I am to all of you... Not to mention your staff is incredibly sweet and caring. I've felt welcomed and comfortable both times now.
Your staff actually smiles and greets when we've come in. I feel like you all really love your jobs and that means the world to me....

The kind folks here helped us through a very difficult day with care and compassion. Great communication and clean, calm facility. Highly recommend if you’re in need of veterinary care in the Brainerd area.

We had an unfortunate emergency with our chihuahua Maci. I called them to see about any availability to have her seen. We were there within 20 minutes. The staff was so kind and helpful. Dr. Kendra gave us our options and had compassion with every bit of information. Maci faced the odds and she is back to almost walking again. Our family will forever be grateful.

Being new to veterinary care in the area, we contacted seven local veterinarians, but all turned us away, stating they couldn't help since we weren't current clients. Thankfully, we reached out to the Animal Care Center during our emergency, and they were a lifeline. The staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and compassionate, fully understanding the difficult situation. Our dogs had a painful encounter with several porcupines, resulting in many quills that needed removal. We are deeply grateful for the amazing staff and the compassion they showed during this stressful time. Animal Care Center truly live up to their name. I recommend them to all pet owners! THANK YOU Animal Care Staff you are AMAZING, and should be so proud of your commitment to our pets! (Please know the photo's might be hard to look at)

The service here is outstanding. My cat and I always felt welcome and were treated with care and respect. A big shout out to Karen who helped my cat and I immensely in preparing for our first plane ride together.

Absolutely wonderful staff and vet, we were visiting from out of town and had an urgent need and they fit us in that day.
So helpfulnwoth their explanations and asking permission before large procedures were done. They explained everything thoroughly and checked up a couple days later. So impressed with them, wish I lived nearby

My wait was very short. Had my cat, Hondo, in for a shot. When the tech came and got him, he was back really quickly. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely be back.

The entire staff is "AWESOME" There very friendly, they listen, show concern, helpful. There kind actions speak for themselves. God Bless Them! Jack relaxing in his tower. And Jack after getting into the empty coffee mate container lol

We brought our baby Tasha here for her first puppy appointment. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A leash is required, but if you forget one, they have loaners in the entryway. The appointment went very smoothly, and the shot administration was top-notch. I don't even think she even felt the shot. We have a nice printout with a schedule for all needed puppy shots. Pricing is decent, and service is great. Highly recommend.

I was quoted 550.00 for a procedure. I attempted to drop off cheeto this morning. They brought out a new qoute of 750 to close to 1000.00. I will do my business elsewhere.

I’m not sure I could describe how lovely our visit was here. From our first call in the whole staff were awesome, we called to make sure we could get in and on the way they called to see if we needed help with directions. We got put in a room right away and the vet and tech sat on floor with us and our dog. As we were sitting In the room we could hear small interactions with other pets and they were so loving towards all the animals in the back. Once they came back our vet drew a diagram of what the problem was and made sure we didn’t have any questions. We walked out feeling so much relief and a happy dog!

Excellent clinic, from the first phone call, to walking out the door. A class act all the way. Heather is simply a wonderful human. She Listens, is compassionate and very helpful, each and everytime we call with our unique feral cat situation. Then Justin and Dr. Steve just keep that going. Knowledgeable, patient, kind and so helpful. As a team, they supersede our expectations! In this day and age, this company is keeping the old school great service and that in itself is awesome!
