My niece (who has very little money) had her car detailed here. I've done detailing, but due to physical issues I'm not able to do it any more. But, I know what a complete detailing job entails. Have polishers, Groits products, foam canons, portable pressure washers, stacks and stacks of microfiber towels, etc. The whole nine yards, so I know a thing or two. Just not physically able to do a thorough job anymore. Otherwise, I would have done it for her. They charged $340. There were still crumbs on the carpet and in the seat crevices, so didn't vacuum very well. Didn't use a Tornador detailing gun. Lots of trim wasn't even touched, including the dash. Didn't use an extractor on the carpets or the upholstery. Said they did the engine bay, but still dirt and dust on many hoses; so didn't steam clean it. Didn't use an engine dressing product afterwards. I ended up re-doing a lot of it (physically challenging), including applying a Triphene coating to the finish. My recommendation is to avoid these people and look elsewhere.

Doug and his Team at Done Right Detail did an outstanding job on my 6 year old Nissan Versa. Inspected the auto when they completed the detail, everything was perfect, like new!. Thanks again guys.

I brought my car in for the full interior exterior detail plus engine bay detail and man was it a disappointment and a waste of $300 plus a $40 tip for my sedan. I lost track and how many things I had to tell them to go over they left handprints on the car fingerprints on the car didn't vacuum underneath the seats, did a mediocre job wiping everything down. To be honest I've had $99 Groupon interior exterior details that have looked better than this. I was beyond pissed to see that I spent $300 and tip them $40 to have to go over a bunch of surfaces myself. I even had to clean out the trunk myself and finish wiping down the mats. I had to wipe down additional trim pieces etc etc etc. I honestly feel like I was taking advantage of and stolen from. When they detailed my engine bay they end up getting water inside my coolant reservoir and when I got home today and pulled into my driveway I noticed coolant leaking out the bottom of my car and I thought I had a coolant leak so I had to run it up to the mechanic ASAP and after they diagnose the car thankfully which was free and didn't cost me anything they determined that whoever detailed my engine bay ended up getting some water or spray in the coolant which caused it to boil over and come out the reservoir excess line that goes to the bottom of the car I have no idea how they manage to do that one but whoever detail my engine bay cause the coolant to bubble up and boil over and start purging and leaking out the bottom of my car and eventually it stopped and I no longer have a coolant leak. The trunk was completely untouched under the seats were completely unvacuumed The leather seats in the back had crud and junk inside the crevices that they didn't blow and vacuum that I had to have them fix the list goes on and on and on and to be honest even if this was $150 it's still wouldn't have been sufficient it still would have been subpar and it still wouldn't have been worth the price. The engine detail I'd say they gave it a 50% better look. The interior detail I'd say they gave it a 75% better look The exterior detail I'd say they gave it about a 35 to 40% better look. Now after I pretty much just wasted $340 I'm going to have to go back and touch up a bunch of things and get it to my liking which is really sad seeing as they had my car for 4 hours. I could have done the same amount of work as they did within 1 hours time and have look just like it did today when I picked it up after they worked on it for supposedly for hours. I don't even think they shampooed the thing they sure as heck didn't know how to vacuum and blow out the crevices and wipe down simple objects like door jambs. Then I noticed streaks on the outside of the car like they were wiping it with wet wipes after washing it. I'm just scratching my head and being that I'm leaving this review I'll be honest and say even one star isn't deserving but it's as low as it gets please for the love of God people avoid this place and read these bad reviews. I can promise you and I can guarantee you all the good reviews you're seeing are employees probably fake accounts of the employees probably family members friends of family members Facebook friends etc etc. There is no way this place has a 4.7 or a 4.6 star average rating. Also I would like to mention that this is the second time I have come to this place. I came here for the first time oh I don't know about 5 years ago and I had a bad experience then and they had to redo and touch up a bunch of stuff so I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt and I came back 5 years later to have the same detail done and much to my surprise and went from $119 for a full interior exterior detail all the way up to $300 for a full interior exterior detail and what really bothered me is on the website it said $250 to $300 so why did I pay only $119 5 years ago? This is egregious and outrageous do not do business with this place you can have better service performed by a toddler cl

I just picked up 2012 Impala that Done Right Auto Detail just finish, it had light gray carpet at it looks amazing. He cleaned the tires and the inside door frames and the car looks brand new. Excellent turn around and priced right. I would recommend anyone to Doug the owner.Services: Steam cleaning

Took a suv up there and I guess it was the owner relative and it was very nice which is the reason for the star but I ask if they clean/shampoo carperts (cause I spilled water on the floor a few days before and carpet starts to smell like a sandbox) and the guy said so I got the full car clean thinking if was gonna be good..
1: after the wax smell went away I could still smell the odor
2: didnt even clean the way back of my inside
3:left a cleaning brush on the roof of my car
4...... forget the rush it angers me
Its not worth 150 for full car detail from here on my experience
