Happy did an awesome job with my hair cut! Happy was very accommodating when I decided I wanted to change up my cut a bit at the end, even though it would put her a bit over time for the appointment slot. Great service, very nice people!

I clearly told and showed them I did NOT want dark hair. We agreed on light ash brown (level 6–7) with photos as proof. They dyed it almost black — the exact opposite of my request — and charged me more than their listed price. This is unacceptable and dishonest. They took advantage of my limited English. I demand a full refund immediately.

I want to start by saying I get everyone has bad days and in a service industry job it’s harder to hide it. I have empathy if something is going on in this stylists life where she was unable to show up fully at work. I definitely debated leaving a review but I hope she can grow from this. I decided to treat myself to an all over color on Saturday and being a mom of two little boys it’s hard to find time to get away, let alone choosing to spend disposable income on myself such as a hair. I looked forward to my hair appointment for time away, a refresh and to feel good about myself. It started with the consultation where I was met with pure annoyance from Julie (I believe she never introduced herself to me) so much so I shut down in advocating for what I wanted and settled. I almost left as I was made to feel like an idiot for asking if we could go lighter. Not blonde just a little lighter. I also had a back up plan of going more chocolate brown but by having my previous hair called box dyed over and over in a rude tone made me very embarrassed and I lost my voice. I ended up with a color match service that cooled down my hair and the color does look good I will say that. The service lacked. I was asked maybe 2 questions my whole service, I know I was the last guest of the day and it definitely showcased that. I was left with dye on my face and hairline. I walked out with wet hair due to a half done blow dry. In the car I notice how bad the dye on my face was and felt the wetness in my hair. When I pulled my hand back black dye came with it. I then had to cut my mom day out short to race home to clean the dye off my face and re wash out the dye that was left by a “Master Stylist”. I wish I could have spoke up but to be honest I was numb and fought back tears as I raced to my car. I want to thank the stylist that cared enough to come over and get dye that was all over my face before that stained. She did attempt at the end to ask a follow up question as she was blow drying my hair. Again, as a service provider myself I totally understand that we have only one chance to make an impression on someone no matter what we have going on in our personal life. I sympathize with that but I also don’t think my service experience met the price tag that came with it. I hope we can take this as a reminder of how important appointments are even if it’s your least favorite service, you don’t want to be at work etc. I know I definitely was reminded of how as a service provider you can hurt someone without even noticing and or thinking.

Jacqueline is a master at her craft, I dont go anywhere else cause no one can consistently cut my hair as good as she! Awesome conversations and all around good time while im there 10/10 would recommend!

Taela did a fantastic job on my haircut. My hair was hard to work with as it had broke off weird in the back and she cleaned it up nice for me. Very kind and personable. Will be back for all my hair needs!

The location is convenient. The shop was bustling and all the workers sounded so friendly. Jacqueline was attentive and made me feel so comfortable. She asked my opinion/wants and was gracious with her guidance when I asked. Definitely going back!
