Chad is an extraordinarily gifted trainer. He listened to what I was looking for and has guided me for the last six months. Chad is not for the light hearted, he is perfect for those who want to actually change and get results. I know I am in better shape because of his guidance.

Chad is WAY more than a person trainer. He's my hydration reminder, massage therapist, doctor and therapist. He knows my strengths better than I do and pushes me to my potential when I honestly don't think I have the energy or strength to do something.

Chad is very knowledgeable. He does a great job explaining the exercises and why you’re doing it. His training is engaging and helps to keep you motivate in the gym. Work outs are customized based on your fitness needs and goals. I became more confident in the gym thanks to what learned with Chad.
