Pri has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time, especially from a young person.
I had never heard of the store Urban Planet and she did an awesome job explaining the store’s origins.

I am a regular of the mall and we have been to this store in the past. I am not one to complain. The team that was working was very unprofessional. The line was very long and it took a good 15 minutes for use to get through it. Once we got to the front, we noticed that the staff was fooling around. They were interacting with each other, not much urgency to get the line down and not really greeting anyone.
Our cashier took the sweater I was purchasing, started to cough, took the sweater over to another co-worker (this was right in front of me as she was ringing me up) to smell the sweater, brought it back over towards me, smelled it, coughed all over it and said something smelled. I politely asked if there was something wrong with the sweater and she said, I'm not sure and continued to ring me up.
I understand having a long day and having fun in the workplace, but not in that way.

THE MOST AMAZING STAFF, the store was clean, well organized and cutesy and david and arianna helped me out so much and we’re both so sweet. i’ll be coming back every time i visit the mall!!!

The store prices and clothes are amazing but the line was super long. There was only one guy ringing everyone up and which looked to me that everyone else was pretending to put items up. The line was practically in the hall of the mall. I felt that someone could’ve help him with the line .
