What a joke. Placed an order and 2 hours later I check the tracker and it says delivered. Called the store and they said they didn’t have any drivers to deliver my order. Claimed they called and left a voicemail but I didn’t receive it. My correct number is listed on my account. They offered to deliver my food 3 hours from now. Will never order from here again. Seriously a joke. Employee I talked to was not understanding and was rude.

This is easily the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to in my entire 35 years on this earth. ordered delivery around 5 on a sunday and never got it. I finally got a hold of a manager around 7:30 and supposivly it was dropped back off. They charged my card. I never got the food. They said I would get a refund in 24-48 hrs. Still nothing. What a joke. Steer clear of this place.

Im not one to judge a place base on reviews, some things are circumstantial that spark bad reviews; and the majority of times people only leave a review if they had a bad experience. Having said that, this was my first time ordering from here and it was a very poor experience.

Horrible presentation. The pizza hut taste was still there. But the crust has VANISHED. Every pizza has turned into a "stuff crust" pizza crust. Just take a look of the picture that i posted on FB. Pizza hut stands behind their product i hear too. Take a look

pizza never showed up was told it would arrive at 920 it didn’t called a little before 10 they told me that I was contacted about 9 o clock which I wasn’t and told I was out of delivery range . I ordered the pizza online which said I was in range. they wouldn’t do anything for me and lied to me

Was called 20 minutes later by some russian girl who said that their delivery guy couldnt come in because his car wouldnt start. You're meaning to tell me that there was only one person scheduled for delivery on a Saturday?

Worst pizza ever. Delivery took 1 hour & 1/2 the person said because football playing men, ridiculous. I didn't even order cheese pizza the send cheese pizza. Didn't get what i order. Bloomington pizza hut should close down wasted my $40 and the food was rubbish.

we just waited for over an hour and had to call the Bloomington, MN store to ask where the pizza was. They gave no explanation, no apology, and told we were next for delivery. After no delivery we called to cancel the order and he could have cared less. needless to say we won't be ordering again. bad move Pizza hut!

On 11/16/18 we placed a order totalling over $81. It was placed around 9:45 P.M. we waited till 11:30 P.M. and called the store asking about a ETA. The guy said it got sent out around 10:30 and should be at our place. Said if it got there and was cold, we would get a refund. 12:06 and it was delivered cold. Tried calling back and no answer. Following day we try to get ahold of manager and couldn't. Store personal said they couldn't refund us back our money. I said i would even bring back the cold food. Worst service i have ever experienced. DO NOT GO!

I never write reviews, but this has been the WORST experience I've ever had with any business! My pizza had not arrived an hour after being ordered, so I decided to call and see if there was a hold-up. I then was on hold for 30 minutes and still had not gotten through, but my pizza finally arrived....COLD. I then continued to try and reach a manager for 20 more minutes before finally getting my call answered. I was asked if I wanted a refire and to have them delivered a new pizza. I said no I just want my money refunded as I don't have time to wait another hour and a half for cold pizza again and do not want store credit after this experience. We will see if I actually get refunded my money. If there was an option to give this place zero stars I would.

They screwed up our order. My wife called first to get it straightened out, they called her a liar and said that they were too busy to deal with her (2pm on a Saturday) and hung up. I called next and the "manager" told me the same thing - that this was the order that we placed and we were wrong, there's no way that they could've made a mistake. Even though we looked up the order and it was correct on our end. After going back and forth for a minute or two she hung up on me as well. I called back immediately and repeated times after... They're actually screening my calls and avoiding me! Avoid this location at all costs, I wish I had read the reviews before we ordered but we had just moved into our house and this is the first (and last) time we have ordered from them.

So I decided I was going to order pizza hut tonight due to the papa John debacle. Boy was that a mistake. First off my boxes were partially crushed when the delivery guy gave them to me but I didn't think much of it. Then I went to give my kids a slice and the pizza was only cut in appearance but not really cut so I had to find my pizza cutter. Then I figured out why it was not completely cut because it was like chewing on cardboard and the meat was all dried out. It wasn't burned so I'm not sure what they did to it but it was the worst delivery pizza experience I've ever had.

No voice mail for "Concern about pizza"... Gotta love how I have a concern but can't get through to anyone. Even better when there's light sauce when I asked for extra sauce, and last time we ordered there wasn't any sauce if at all on one of them.

Great staff, worthless franchise. The website is trash, they have had no menu in the store for over three years, and the ordering over the phone is a joke when you get someone who hardly speaks Eenglish 400 miles from where you are actually ordering. Throw your employees a bone and invest into your company pizza hut corporate!!

I ordered a pizza last night, and NEVER got it! They did credit my account for it. But when I called to say that the pizza was late, I was told that it was running a little late. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Plus, they never called to tell me it wouldn't be delivered. I will never order from them again!!

I order from this pizza hut (not even 5 min from my house) regularly. Employees have always been nice, although they've been short staffed sometimes. I've never had an order be wrong or burned.
I'd order today if it wasn't for the friggin' blizzard outside! :(

It took 40 minutes and the pizza wasn't hot and barely warm!! I live 5 minutes away, but, I was unable to drive. So sad that the process sucked!!

Havent had pizza hut for years, ive always loved their dough. Not this time, the order was in time but both pizza's were cold and the wings were dried out. Called customer service, they didnt have my order from the number i gave them so they transferred me to the store. No answer and then a beep, beep, beep. Bye pizza hut, never again.

I ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago and have yet to receive it. I hate the fact that when I call to ask about it, I call a service center instead of directly to your store. I did speak to a very nice person named Felicia who tried twice to transfer me to your store where I remained on hold for an additional 10 minutes and no one ever answered. I ended up calling back again and spoke to someone else who was not helpful at all and ended up cancelling my order. I can see from other posts that I am not the only one who has had problems like this. I ended up ordering from Domino's and received my order with no problems.

The Pizza Hut experience is truly awful in every sense of the word. This corporation lacks any true customer 1st approach from any facet of the organization. I am forever done with Pizza Hut and this one could stand to close down immediately.

Ordered online an hour later still nothing. I called and for some reason Pizza Hut has a customer service cue. No call from store. Canceled my order via their bullshit customer service center? 2 days later my card was charged, however the representative said of the slip wasn't signed I wouldn't be charged. Never will ordering from these bums again. And I will be going up to the store. There are too many quality pizza spots in this area, Pizza Hut has gone down hill.

Absolute worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. Ordered a sausage pizza and received a supreme pizza with balsamic drizzle. Called and was transferred and then hung up on. Called back and was told a manager would call me back... This was almost an hour ago. In the meantime, I have ordered and received my correct dominoes order. Do not order from this location unless you want an incorrect order and no follow up!!

I will never order another pizza from Pizza Hut. On a Sunday evening, I ordered 2 pizzas at 7pm online for delivery. At 8:30 we still didn't have our pizza. I called the number on my email confirmation and spoke with someone (not sure if it was some 800 number or the actual store) and they informed me that my pizza would not be delivered until 12:30AM!!!!! Wait, What?? Who orders a pizza at 7pm and thinks that is acceptable to wait 5 hours to receive it? I asked to speak with the store manager and was transferred to Rocky. He was RUDE and arrogant. He told me that he could "only make and deliver pizza as fast as he could" and didn't apologize or anything. He actually didn't seem to see anything wrong with the 12:30am delivery on a Sunday evening.....I cancelled the pizza. Then at 11:45pm my doorbell rang....and there stood some poor Pizza Hut delivery person trying to deliver me pizza in the middle of the night. Unbelievable! I called the local Dominos after cancelling with Pizza Hut and they delivered it 24 minutes later. Pizza Hut, start with getting a new manager and then maybe some staff training and scheduling would be helpful as well

The service was incredibly slow and rude. I took over 90 minutes for our delivery to show up, and upon arrival, the delivery driver was blatantly rude to us. I will not be returning for further service.
