Preston was suggested to me by my realtor, as I had never purchased a home before and had no idea what I was doing. Preston answered all of my questions, no matter how redundant, patiently and thoroughly. He was also very responsive, be it through a text message or email. He made the entire process a bit less daunting and overwhelming, and I appreciate that! He explained the different programs available to me, and I ended getting a nice little condo, with the MNHA Down Payment Assistance program that I had no idea existed. Great job!

My fiance and I bought a house her bank told her no and that it would take her 7 years to buy a house preston got us in a home in 4 or 5 months he will get you into a home if there is a way he stayed in contact with us day and night and even worked with the real estate agent to make sure our home passed inspection he's a Rockstar!!!!

I recommend Mr. Preston to all my friends and family or whoever are planning to buy a house because he will find a way to get the loan with the ITIN. There is a long process but he can do it.
