I was at the store on Oct 20, 2024 at the Mall of America. I ordered a pair of running shorts online that was supposed to be “ready for pickup up in 2 hours.” 5 hours later, no notification for pick up. I headed over to their store at Mall of America and explained the situation. Place was DEAD, it was about 45-50 mins before closing. I asked to speak to the manager as the salesperson, Makayla Rose that I spoke with had an attitude after I expressed that they should not be sending false information as to the availability of the product and to make sure to convey my feedback to her supervisor. It turns out Makayla Rose happened to be a supervisor? She said she was A SUPERVISOR so I told her that the way she treats her customers is very unbecoming of a supervisor. I asked for HER supervisor/ manager’s name as I would be back in the store as she was gone for the day and they were closing in 30 minutes.
She kept arguing back and forth while holding my bag and asked if I wanted the merchandise because she was going to ask me to leave???????? I told her of course I wanted the merch and it was paid for. I told her I didn’t drive 25 minutes, skipped dinner just to get there an hour before they closed and leave without the merch. The order should have been ready at least 5 hours ago. That whole time, there was another employee witnessing all of this. I was calm but trying to tell her this whole time that they should notify the customers appropriately but she was intimidated by that as she had no explanation as to what had happened with my order. She refused to listen and didn’t like to be given feedback. Horrible customer service experience. The manager needs to educate and retrain their supervisors on how to listen and not be argumentative and sarcastic with their customers. Conversations with salespeople and customers can be healthy but when a salesperson like Makayla Rose threatens to keep a merch when it’s paid for and should have been ready 5 hours prior and threatens to make a customer leave because she couldn’t come up with a reason is totally wrong. As she hands me the bag, she said “I hope you have a better day, LOVE.” So I told her as I was walking away to not call me “LOVE.” I have NEVER—in my 53 years of existence encountered ANYONE as rude as Makayla Rose. DO NOT shop at this store until they get rid of the rude “supervisors” or slales people like Makayla Rose.

Good selection of clothes from women’s to men’s and a little but not much of kids. Store is one of the better under armor stores I’ve been to before, but personally I like Nike better.
